Bir oyun için olabilecek en gerçekçi oyunlardan biri (tabi ki daha da geliştirilebilir) ve gerek oyunun akışı gerekse hikayesi olarak oyuncuyu tamamı ile içine alan, adeta bir filmin içindeymişsin gibi bir his yaratan bir oyun The Long Dark benim için, bu nedenle diğer hayatta kalma mücadelesi oyunlarını ve doğayı seven insanlara şiddetle önerimdir.
