In my opinion, I do think Makoto deserved to die. I mean the cheating was one thing, but walking away from a pregnancy you caused and treating the girl as a burden and making her feel like ♥♥♥♥ over it was another. He had ♥♥♥♥♥ on his mind from the start and acted in the most ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up ways to get it. But with that said, the rest of the girls should've had something coming too. They were all well aware he was dating someone, but they still ♥♥♥♥♥♥ him (not to mention the 4-some) and kept coming back for more. They were all inconsiderate ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ as well. I know the teenage mind works with pleasure in mind first, but the fact that he toyed with these girl's feelings just so he could get off is just heartless.

Just because Katonoha wanted to take it slow, he made her life a living hell until she finally snapped. Sekai had it coming as well since she instigated the cheating from the start with her "practice" ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I do wish all the other girls got something too for the ♥♥♥♥ they pulled (not death though, too extreme for them), but I digress. Makoto's actions turned Katonoha, a shy, innocent girl with a small teenage crush, to a Yandere psychopath by breaking her down emotionally and not giving a single ♥♥♥♥ about her. All over the fact she wanted to wait to have sex with him. In the end, Sekai is no victim, Makoto deserved to die, the girls were inconsiderate ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, and Katonoha was cheated out of her High School life because Makoto couldn't keep it in his pants. These were well deserved deaths and a well deserved ending to the one of the darkest harem animes I've ever seen.
