Runs very smoothly on a 7800xt, i5 13600k, FSR2 Native with everything ultra/high at 1440p - installed on SSD.
There is so much for the fans in this game it's incredible, been waiting for years for this and so far it doesn't disappoint - ignore the 0.1 review bombs who just buy to refund, this is a glorious game made by developers who clearly care about the franchise

Runs absolutely smoothly, no stuttering whatsoever, nice high FPS with full FOV at 1440p on an i5 13600K/7800xt.

Exactly as a single player game should be - the game is of course amazing, but the port couldn't be done any better.

Its as close to OG Mercenaries from xbox days you can get. Also great community, no political nonsense and its only going to improve as more content is added

Old school shooter, right click to rip heretics apart with the chainblade, left click to rip them apart with the bolter.

Im a massive 40K fan and grew up with Duke nukem, Doom, Wolfenstein, System shock etc so will be slightly bias but I love the pixel art style for quick shooters

Switched back to positive.

So many things missing, crafting etc but the core gameplay is too enjoyable to not recommend - I am praying FS adds some more variety soon though coz its pretty barebones, however you will struggle to find a better horde game for pure visceral carnage

I love battlefield and have played for years - I cannot believe i was finessed out of £80 for this.

The bugs are off the charts, the specialist nonsense just makes it feel like a bad version of Cod, constant crashing, freezes, texture issues the list is endless - the Milsim portal game modes are the only saving grace but my god dont even bother wasting your money. The actual 2042 part of the game is near unplayable the majority of the time, I cannot believe how a game could have so much potential and be this out of line, its near criminal.

EDIT: The fact that the Devs have just given a massive screw yo to the people who bought it at launch in good faith at full price by slapping a massive sale price tag on so close to launch just shows what respect they have for their customers!

Its pretty hard to write a review for a game that is genuinely this good. 30 years of gaming and literally thousands of games later this is the top, optimised to perfection ( i5 4690K & GTX 970 Ultra, no hairworks solid 60fps ) only 2 or 3 crashes in 300+ hours playtime. I wont go into how beautiful the game looks and sounds etc as its been gone over so much but the storyline, the combat, the choices and paths you can take and overall freedom is absolutely amazing and CDPR have created a true masterpiece cant praise it enough.
Just for a bit of reference and light reading here's my general top 5 all time game list, thanks for reading!

1. Witcher 3
2. Final Fantasy VII
3. Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty
4. Fallout 3
5. Skyrim

Spec ops :The line is a massively underrated game in my opinion, brilliant graphics and great frame rates, no lag or stutter during even the heaviest firefights, the gameplay mechanics are solid, great 'gears of war' style cover shooter with a story thats absolutely fantastic- if you blast through the game without reading/listening to all the intel you find then you are missing out on a much darker experience, which is good as you actually look forward to finding intel and progressing the story how its supposed to be portrayed. Of course theres some instances of dumb AI and you can feel limited as to how youre squad can perform (simple stun/attack commands only, theres no movement issuing orders) but it doesnt retract from the gameplay at all as it helps youre character feel more human as opposed to an all seeing all powerful supersoldier. The way the game progresses and how you feel as you get further into the horrors start to genuinely make you think about the morality of your actions and any game that can make you seriously think about what you are doing is an achievement in my book. Worth buying and highly recommended.
