I only recommend the base game on discount below 50%, Other than that...

The PRO's: the world tour is fun and is like a semi-open world rpg fighting game where you can make an OC with a mix fighting styles from different main SF characters you meet. lots of customization to make all kinds of cool characters or absolute abominations from night terrors.

The CON's: the price to character DLC is a complete scam from CAPCOM. look at the amount in SF5 vs SF6 in two years. They only releasing 4 characters PER YEAR... and at 10$ per character, so 8 characters will cost you 80$!!! There is no DLC pass for all the future characters, only "passes" for the 4 per year at 40$ per yearly "pass". If it was AT MINIMUM 20$ per "pass" maybe.... MAYBE I can see purchasing it. But 40$ for only 4 characters that only 2 im mildly interested in?!!!? That is atrocious. sure, you can have them as your sensei but its just not worth it and CAPCOM is scamming you. This game would be so much more popular if it wasn't for greed on full display. What sucks too is there are only 23 characters after two years including the 2 "DLC" (scam) characters.

TLDR; Fun story mode and custom OC stuff, but CAPCOM is a greedy ♥♥♥♥ and charges 400% for characters that it REALLY needs and has less than 2 dozen of them.

If you ignore the loot mechanics and the AWFUL story that kills off fan favorite characters and introduce new annoying insufferable entitled little s^%ts, then it's ok. it seems that all the folks that made the first 2 left due to Randy Pitchford being an idiot sociopath and so they are hiring talentless hacks instead to replace them. The story is GARBAGE. the worst character is a 3 letter little ♥♥♥♥ that makes me wish scrappy doo replaced her, and i'd be so much happier. Loot? Yeah legendary loot is everywhere... i had some issues with borderlands 2 loot system where the legendary loot is pre-made and dropped predictably from bosses. Borderlands had the best loot system. The legendary loot in the 1st game was procedurally generated so every legendary is actually unique and meant something if found it so forget about selling it... yeah not in 3. im selling legendary stuff all the time. on top of that loot is everywhere and is all useless, and the few that are SLIGHTLY better are only good for like half of a level if even that. looting is tedious and annoying. so yeah... looting in a LOOTER-SHOOTER IS GARBAGE. how?.... how do you ♥♥♥♥ up that bad? i payed 30$ for the deluxe edition and i feel like i payed WAY too much for it. ♥♥♥♥ THIS GAME AND ♥♥♥♥ THE PEOPLE BEHIND IT.

BORDERLANDS IS DEAD.

Solid mmo with good single player features and story if you're sad and lonely like me. Dialog options and morality meter for Jedi or Sith so you can be an evil Jedi or a nice good guy Sith.

weirdly enough... there is a level of faithfulness to Lovecraft horror... like if you told a Lovecraftian story through a weeb dating sim. it's got a good mix of comedy and horror to it, a bit like evil dead 2, and when there is horror, it's genuinely jarring and unnerving. overall its a fun time and funny/creepy.

it feels like the budget went to the animations and not anything else. the faces are beautiful in this game, but thats about it. no variety of enemies, lame story, terrible boss battles, repetitive and boring combat system, linear level design thats nearly on rails, and stuttering problems. is this really the same guys who made dead space? tbf dead space was lightning in a jar, but this isn't even good to stand on its own, let alone hold a candle to that masterpiece. i got to say that maybe it's because ive been spoiled by dead space, but the monsters aren't scary... they are just space zombies with a few being made up of multiple bodies neatly formed together into one. body horror is part of what made DS so scary but it's not really shown or done too well in this game.

Dark souls: breath of the wild.

very in depth mmo with lots of classes and stories. way better than WOW imo. a good amount of customization for you character but could do with more, but its fine where it is. a good mmo single player as well so even if you don't have friends to play with it's still enjoyable solo.
