I have barely scratched the surface of what this game has to offer and it is unbelievable. The mechanics are great, the skill ceiling is high, co-op is fun and it works well. Could easily see myself sinking 100+ hours into this game.

My only complaint is that body blocking is very infuriating, please fix this devs.

I wish it could be 4 player so I could play with more of my friends, but the game itself is really fun! Build crafting is fun, the tems are all unique, and the music is very relaxing. So far for 10 bucks it's totally worth it to chill with some friends.

bullet hell game, very fun with friends, maybe pick it up on sale

Update:

In light of the recent actions of the developer I would urge people not to buy this game. When you purchase a game on a platform that should be the end of it, to now impose the playerbase to create a PSN account to play the game is a very scummy thing to do.

It's especially worse when you consider that PSN has had several security breaches in the past with sensitive info and some countries don't even have the ability to create a PSN account meaning an individual could've bought the game at launch and now not be able to play it.

OH and maybe let players get refunds considering they may not be able to play it

CS:GO Review
The best competitive shooter around. Once you learn recoil control, maps (callouts and such), and how to eco you'll start having a blast. It could take some time, and you will get pissed, but if you like competitive shooters and are willing to put in the time this is a fantastic game.

This is a great game. Genuinely a fun original idea, and there's so much polish and attention to detail when it comes to the courses. I think the soundtrack + art style is very fun and relaxing, which is in fact exactly how I would describe this game to my friends.

10/10 if you like platformers and just want to have a chill relaxing evening.

Post Launch Update:

The gameplay is fun but there's a lot of issues holding this game back.

Pros: Gunplay, campaign/open world and multiplayer are pretty damn fun. Zeta Halo is pretty large, and pretty fun to explore especially with the grapple hook (BEST ADDITION TO THE GAME). While the story didn't really keep me invested or hooked, the gameplay is so much fun I'll probably come back to it and continue playing it until I eventually beat it. Multiplayer can be a lot of fun, especially if you've got a couple friends to also play with.

Cons: Multiplayer, seasonal progression, microtransactions and lacking content. While multiplayer is fun, due to the way XP gains and challenges are setup, I often get into big team matches with players not giving a ♥♥♥♥ about the game mode and strictly waiting for weapon spawns not playing the objective. This really hurts the experience because it's just not fun to waste time losing a game because your teammates just don't want to play, that being said it's perfectly understandable given how idiotic progression is for the season pass with being linked soley to challenge completions. Pair that with the inability to choose playlists like we used to and it's even harder to complete certain challenges when it's left to chance whether you get the game modes you need. (yes changes have been made and will continue to be made, but this is the current player experience)

The microtransactions are priced poorly, I've bought a few things because multiplayer was free and wanted to support 343 but after having given it a few months, the lack of full customization and monetization of spartan armors and coatings feels scummy. I don't support the way this game is being monetized currently, I think it'd be better if at least a basic color pallete with full customization suite should've been given to the player like previous Halo's and if you wanted to monetize special paints with different shines or patterns then sure, but basic colors should just be available.

In it's current state I'd say this is a 6 or 7 out of 10. But with some improvements in progression, playlist selection and changes to the store and monetization it would easily be an 8 or 9.

Arc delivers yet again. This is one of the best fighting games I've played in recent years, each character feels different yet it's not too difficult for beginners to pick up a character and have a good time. The mechanics are rock solid, and most importantly none of the characters feel like they break the game. The online ranking system is fairly well done and I haven't had any connection issues so I can't say anything bad here, but I do think 60 dollars is a rather steep price tag for this game.

I'd say if you're a fighting game enthusiast or someone looking to get into this game because it looks cool, for around 30-40 bucks it's totally worthwhile!

10/10 this game is fantastic. The art direction, the music, the writing and the difficulty are on point.

The art style and difficulty are certainly a preference but there's no denying the quality and polish that Hades provides. The crushing difficulty is just right, never so tough I want to punch a wall and just so fun that you don't want to stop.

I want to preface this by saying I did enjoy my time playing Cyberpunk. My experience was with minimal bugs, none of which game breaking (your mileage may vary)

Cyberpunk feels like a hybrid of GTA and Watchdogs except in Watchdogs the hacking feels far more intertwined and integral to the gameplay and in GTA I feel there's far more replayability than what is on display at the time I'm writing this review.

The rpg mechanics are weak and the skill tree feels like a glorified stat driven card system, I feel a better way to do a skill tree would be to make it more focused on cyberware and buffing the crap out of those abilities as it would make using them in game more integral against the tougher bosses.

The thing that CDPR truly nails here is the atmosphere, and my god they nailed it. Night City is absolutely beautiful and I found myself just exploring and driving around the city often forgetting what I was supposed to be doing, however, at this time due to the multitude of bugs for the majority of people playing that immersion will be destroyed.

I find the side missions are like older Assassins Creed games where it's just the same 3 or 4 side missions over and over again which is a let down in comparison to something like God of War or The Witcher 3 where the side missions were so well written I genuinely wanted to do them all.

Which leads into my next point, this is an open world narrative game but the story could probably be completed in 10-15 hours if you barreled through it and that's just not long enough for a game like this especially where the side missions are weak.

Still fun to play and thankfully I got to really enjoy the atmosphere (while it's personal preference I've also mostly enjoyed the story) but now that I've completed the game I have no reason to continue playing. I'm looking forward to future dlc's that we may get!

I think this game is a 6/10, while it's an above average game aside from how breathtaking Night City is, there's nothing ground breaking to the gameplay. There's no doubt fun to be had, but I'd recommend waiting for a sale.
