You are 100% correct in despising valve. Official steam mods are politically motivated unfortunately and rabbit hole goes way deeper than that I'm afraid. At least some one gets it. To me Valve lost their Charm after they released CSGO and DOTA 2. Now they have a Game called Deadlocked, and im no where interested in Overwatch games anymore. People are only hyping it up because its Valve. Which is kinda sad.

Their VR software isnt better either. It feels like its getting worse, Since the Meta Quest Headsets are getting mainstream.

It's as simple as their vague forum rules and uneven enforcement of them. Coupled with how they will let some games be left alone like Sex with Hitler or Kidnapped Girl. But they are happy to remove or ban other games. Basically because they suck ass as a company.
