I originally got this game when I saw it accidentally in someone's minecraft video, and I am not disappointed. This game gives the player all the 2d freedom they could possibly want. There are many features in the vanilla game that you will be exploring for years. The map isn't infinite, but there is so much to discover! This is what makes the game fun, that constant sense of adventure. Exploring underground caves and houses, finding scary monsters, fighting bosses that are challenging and well made. Playing it with friends is 10 times the fun. If you feel like the vanilla game got boring, there are plenty of mods that can revive the game all over again. I may have missed some flaws in this review, but nothing is without flaws, and if you truly love something, its flaws seem negligible. This is the case for me with this game. Although I only have 200 hours on it, I know I will be sinking way more into it for years to come.
