For its time its not bad. Good writing and interesting mechanics. A little difficult if you don't have a controller but still manageable.

I will be honest about this game and the review. I do not recommend anyone buying 2K19. I have not played 2K since 2K15 because I knew the rest were not worth the money and weren't really upgrades other than the story. In 2K19, 2K pretty much took a step back making an unbelievably easy, basic and noticibly short story that probably took a day to write and a month to impliment. For the money 2K makes and the time to upgrade (at least for me) since 2K15, 2K is a huge disappointment. I was surprised to see many issues that existed in 2K15 still exist in 2K19. Also to make this clear I have an Alienware R4 (with high specs) and the best internet you can buy speedwise. I will list off the issues I have with this game below:

1) Prepare to D/C like you never have before and lose VC in mycareer games.
2) Mypark is heavily underpopulated and the Jordan Rec Centre is virtually unusable
3) stealing the ball into the backcourt still leads to a backcourt vialation
4) VC is heavily required to enjoy this game so be prepared to pay $60-$120 real dollars on top of the game price if you value your health and time otherwise you'll be grinding for a year or more to get everything you want
5) The story in mycareer is unbelievably lazy mainly because it's so short
6) There is no depth to my career (buying cars, having to pick your house, having to pick your significant other or even having one after the prelude or having AI males and female walk around or even cheer you on in aspects to mypark, no AI when people are not there to run in mypark)
7) The base price (not including VS) is far too high for a game that is relevant only for a year and is respectively the same game every year with minor upgrades to graphics)
8) You are punished in obvious ways in mycareer for grinding VC instead of buying it such as stats causing you to miss open jumpshots, layups and dunks any bench warmer in the nba and even elementry kids could make. Furthermore your team, even if it is the GSW will likely lose most of their games because of you even if you're only playing 1min a game
9) You are punished for trying to find perfectly legal ways to grind for VC faster and in some cases I have heard some people have been banned or temperarily banned for doing so.
10) No matter how garbage you are in mycareer (shooting 10% from the field) the cast will talk well about you and you will make it into the nba and it will almost feel like the you're being treated as some idiot by the 2K creators as it will be obvious to you everything in the storyline was geared towards you buying all of your VC. If you grind you will hate the storyline because you will come to realise it wasn't meant for people who grind.
11) You are punished needlessly in mycareer teammate grade when you help defense, go rebound, are late on defense even if your player was hurt/slow to get up or anything else that gets you away from your dender with the "left assignment" warning that kills your grade even if you made the right real life play.
12) The defense in this game is rediculously unrealistic. Even if you went by the defender he will catch up like sonic the hedge hog and block your way to the basket or he will be in the post and somehow defend against your 3pt shot leading to a "bad shot" grade.
13) There is too much will in this game and patterns that will cause you to purposely miss when the computer deems fit such as in drills for shooting in practise, if could have the shooting gage almost perfect and miss and then half full and make the shot because the PC is trying to make compensate which is rediculous.
14) Assists are bad in this game, the defender may dribble 3-4 times and you get the assist or never dribble and but take to long to shoot and you don't get the assist.

*But most frustrating to me is simply that beating the defender off the dribble does nothing because the game will purposely put an invisible wall infront of you so that the defender can catch up

There are many more things I didn't even mention here but if I listed all of these it would take forever to read. Nevertheless 2K19 is a terrible game, with pyramid scheme like tactics and trickery. The 2K team did a lot of lying about how the game would be this year in terms of VC and other things and honestly should be held accountable. For those who have not bought this game, please don't. No mattery how pretty a package it seems like, you will be left disappointed most of the time and if you are in school, especially do not buy this game. This will be my last 2K game without a doubt as there are only so many lies a person can handle. 2K15 was also disappointing with their horrible nonexisting playoff bracket display in mycareer but this game is by far the worst of the year and reminds me of the lying Atari did with Rollercoaster Tycoon World. Just remember that GTA 5 cost about as much as this game on release, and now is going for like 20 dollars where as even 2K17 is still selling at full price, that is the greed of 2K. So think about it, does this even compare to a game of that magnitiude and then make your choice. So please heed my warning and see the wisdom in my review and stay away from this game.

Pros:
1) Better transit systems
2) More transit Options and transit buildings
3) Nicely designed and well implimented

Cons:
1) Metro, which should be a core transportation and implimented the greates of all transit options except for buses in terms of importance is virtually untouched and needs a serious overhaul
2) Airports are mediocre
3) Underground viewing is unchanged which is to say you cannot follow vehicles and/ or transit underground to see a nice tunnel etc.

All in all this is a very nice dlc, probably the best they have come out with but for the money and for the fans they should work on some of these core issues many of us have with this dlc mentioned in the cons here.

So the makers fixed a few things which were great but I still have issue with this game and current cannot recommed tis game and this is why is below:

1) The first annoying thing is that if you fail any one mandatory task you have to restart then entire level over again without choice. This was an issue that forexample railroad tycoon 3 never had because you would be assigned a medal of gold, silver or bronze and then in the future if you wanted to upgrade you could by redoing the level but that system was good because it did not ruin too badly the continuity of the game. I will not that the addition of pause does help a lot though.

2) The second is that the game itself is extremely limited with only 4 chapters in campaign mode and progression that is barely progression in terms of how far technology goes which I think may be to the 1930s. I remember watching earlier trailers of the game promising progression that I thought would take us into the future, not leave us into the past. I thought I was being told it would have been better than RRT 3 and so I thought they would go beyond what they did but that only happened graphically. I don't know if they made the game this limited intending to release more on DLC but that had me feeling unimpressed. Even with games like sid meier's civilization you have progression into the future even before you get into any dlc. This game graphically not bad but there isn't much to it for very long. The industries are few, the farms are few and you are stuck only in the United States and only during the past with one very simple goal which is to say there is virtually no story here. The music is questionable for the eras and the accents for some of the characters are quite and you can tell some are forcing their accents. There is just no depth to this game beyond visuals. You will play it for a few days and then leave it in terms of where the game is right now. I could go on about a few things but you get the picture.

3) The third is that the AI makes absolutely no sense in this game. The AI is over powered and ability to spread quickly makes the game frustrating especially when you can look over at their track or the things they own and you know it doesn't make sense how fast they are able to spread across the map.

4) The forth issue is that the interface is very poor and this may affect how well you do in your game as the interface sometimes makes it difficult to search for cities, resources, or keep track of your trains and goods shipped in a timely manner. After the update they did a good job of allowing you to see trains but unfortunately it doesn't help you to actually keep track of those trains because they are ordered in alphabetical order and I can't see any sort of sorting button to change that for example to chronological. Also for some reasons I still cannot figure out how to ship specific goods, like only milk, or change what the type of goods the train ships after being bought and I have been playing this game since beta.

5) The fifth problem has to do with staff and staff management. It doesn't do enough for game play, the user interface makes it tedious and they are also not worth purchasing. You're better off just purchasing more trains.

6) The sixth and last thing that I can remember being an issue is just the overall balance of the game, especially per mission. Industries and cities only only do so much in game play because they are very expensive especially as the game goes on or you connect these resources to cities, and you are likely to buy just a small handfull or less of these things per mission. Also some of the time limits give too much time but the majority so far as i have been playing give very little time. With the way the current game play is this can be at times a pain especially if you lose for example the mission by one passenger or freight and have to start over again.

Anyways besides this the game looks good, there are some fun elements, I do wish there were easier and better ways to connect resources than by trying to connect two of them with a large station but the game overall can be fun besides those things mentioned above. Because of those things above however I cannot at this time recommend this game, especially since it hasn't changes much since beta and makes me wonder if they will improve the game further. Maybe if they can add some quality stuff I will change my recommedation

Well This is what I will say, if you have anything below Windows 10 you may have to make adjustments for the game to work but on windows 10 it works and works great and is a great game.

Too expensive and for the money this could have been far greater. Things like nuclear power plants and other industries cause no damage to the surrounding areas when damaged by disasters, meteors create weird mountains if thrown in one spot and the damage done to areas through meteors practically never recovers naturally. Infact land recovering is very poor in this game and barely changes by itself except when fire is involved. Boats are literally unaffected by meteors or tsunamis and there is just a lot left to be desired especially for this rediculously high price that isn't much better than some of the mods before this dlc. One thing i don't understand is why after some time its still so expensive and why its more expensive than the transportation dlc (which i don't yet have but maybe I will see why after I get it). The price for this dlc should really be reduced or atleast more should be added to it. There should also be a recovery system for disasters, not just starting over your city. Some of it is nice including the sounds of the disasters but some of it still feels very cheaply made. Overall for the price paid i'm a bit disappointed for what I got. I love this game and gave the overall game a good review I believe but this dlc, until they lower the price or add more content and fixes, I just don't recommend it right now. I would change my review if and/or when they add more content.

It has had problems in the past but they fixed most of them and so I am rewritting my review. The base game although plain is nice and there is a lot of downloadable content which makes up for the plainness. The two problems I see with cities skylines is that less and less users are making content as time goes on and the second is that dlc can be expensive. The game however is fun overall and there is no better city builder ever than this one.

Planet Coaster is a beautiful game with stunning art work and graphics. It is easy to customize just about anything and terrain modifications are next generation and very easy to use. There are a few things that could be better such as adding a point to point addition to the coaster builder and path builder and personally despite steam workshop I would like more content especially for flat rides but the game itself is pretty fun. They could improve on the campaign part of the game but base work is amazing and they are always updating and adding new things. The running performance could be better but i'm sure they will keep working on that. Although this game is not perfect it is defintely anywhere from an 8.5-9/10 as a game and I therefore definitely would recommend this game. Compared to other games I have play RCTW and it was a terrible waste of money compared to this game. It makes me upset to think I missed out on a refund for RCTW but what can you do, oh you can buy this game (Planet Coaster) instead and leave that hair pulling game (RCTW) alone.

They lied period. The things and the fun they promised, they did not deliver. All that public feedback went to waste as they never listend to anything. The only good part about this game is their rollercoaster builder and the park lights, that's it. Everything else is a complete and absolute mess. Even with all of their upgrades before full release the game is an absolute mess. I bought this game in early access and I will never make that mistake ever again, especially when it comes to Atari games. I feel like i've been manipulated and robbed and I've never felt that way before about a game. They kept making all these grand promises even from last year this time when it was originally supposed to be FULLY RELEASED!, and still the game is a complete mess. I wish I could honestly get my money back, I should have gotten a refund when they went into early access, but I believed their promises instead of the many people suggesting I should have gotten a refund. I preordered the Deluxe Edition and that's a lot of money down the drain just to get something not even close to what was promised. I'm really sad. :'(

Well where do i start, the game is nice, very nice except for two problems. 1) Graphic glitches 2) There is a lot of lag and chopped up play when playing games. I noticed from some videos that even the gameplay online moves much faster on different consoles than on pc. Its like this gameplay online like in myplayer is in a constant slowed down state. I doubt its my laptop since my specs far surpass their recommendations, I have i7 processor with turbo and 8 gigs memory with a good graphics card. Also I realize that this issue is pretty much bound to playing with the online feature myplayer and maybe others. When I play offline I have absolutely no lag issues. Not sure what the problem is but having paid for somethings its disappointing when you don't get what you pay for. I would recommend the game is they can just fix these glitches. Besides that everything else looks nice but right now its practically unplayable. Not sure if its better on cd than on steam. Hopefully they resolve this soon. I've seen a lot of reviews about these same issues.
