Is it a fun game? At It's current state, yes. I really enjoyed it and there's definitely some improvements from Dying Light 1 which was refreshing to see. The parkour was fine, I love the addition of paragliders and them staying away from the dying light 1 grappling hook mechanics which made parkour so juvenile. I also liked the combat mechanics, it's not the greatest but it's on par with the first one except we don't have guns which was extremely disappointing as I loved it in the first one. Story was so-so, it was very convoluted and it's basically just another cliche zombie storyline. Didn't hate it but could've been better. There are some glitches and bugs but nothing too gamebreaking which makes me happy.

Is it better than Dying Light 1? Nah, this one just didn't have enough of that grip that the first game brought to the table but if you come into this game as it's own and not a sequel of an excellent predecessor then you'll definitely enjoy it.
