As a guitar enthusiast, I was genuinely excited about Rocksmith+. The idea of having the app listen to my guitar and provide real-time feedback on PC with minimal delay sounded fantastic. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my experience.

• Real-Time Feedback: The app listens to your guitar and provides feedback in real-time with minimal delay, which is a great concept.

• Song Licenses: The library lacks a significant number of good licenses. For the high subscription fee, the song selection is disappointing and not worth the cost.
  
  
• Refund Process: The refund process is an absolute nightmare. I found out within 30 minutes that Rocksmith+ wasn't worth the money, but requesting a refund has been a hassle.
  
  
• Steam and Ubisoft Issue: If you purchase through Steam, the refund process becomes even more complicated. Steam directs you to Ubisoft, and Ubisoft sends you back to Steam. It's a frustrating loop with no resolution.
  
  
• Customer Support: Ubisoft’s customer support was unhelpful. Despite reaching out multiple times, they couldn't provide a solution, simply directing me back to Steam.
  
  
• In-Game Purchase Issues: Since the subscription is considered an in-game purchase, Steam’s refund policy doesn’t support it, leaving users stuck.

I strongly advise against subscribing to Rocksmith+. It feels like a scam when you consider the poor song library, high subscription fee, and the painful refund process. I am currently contacting the California State Customer Protection Office about this issue. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this product.

Ubisoft get your sh*t together. Until then, this product is not worth anyone's hard-earned money.

CS2 EDIT:
Game full of hackers, 0 bans happening, bad team mates & the worst matchmaking experience ive had. Game crashes suddenly and overheats the GPU at random intervals (3080 OC), Never happened on the highest demanding games.... The Finals Beta is more optimized than this ugly mess. Valve clearly doesn't care about the state of the game anymore.

They either optimize the game, and bring back overwatch, or it will be the last installment for CS2 with an actual player base.
