Hey man if you're having trouble buying games on steam, try a vpn. There are free VPN's that do not put a cap on bandwidth. Im in the USA and I used it to watch an australian tv show and didn't pay anything. You could try that and see if you can buy games then.

Привет... в связи с текущей ситуацией скупил многие интересующие игры перед повышением цен в Steam. Все ждал скидки на пак от пираний, чтоб купить сразу все Risen'ы и первый Elex (Готика уже была куплена давно). Пока ждал скидки на набор, проверял каждый день, и вот недавно обнаружил что первая часть Risen недоступна для покупки, информации нигде не нашел, по твоему обзору понял что это связано с "санкциями" от игровых компаний. Странно это... только 1я часть недоступна, тогда как все остальные продаются... испортили все желание покупать этот набор игр.
