All these MMO fanbois trying to defend the queue times... This is not 2004's Blizzard servers, nor is this some cutting edge game that no one had seen before like WOW was back then. This should have easily been anticipated and covered by the folks at Amazon if they were serious about gaming. Another failed launch by a gigantic company. This is one of the largest company in the world with the most access to servers of any company in history.

Paying $40 for a game that you literally cannot log out and back into is ridiculous. And BS on changing to a lower pop server, tried it and it doesnt matter. You still log out and inevitably cannot get back in as more people rush to do the same so they can play. Maybe ok from some indie or smaller company but not from a giant. Jib money back.

2 things about this game...

#1 why release anything similar to something that blizzard is going to release withing a couple months. Had this game come out a year or 2 earlier it probably would not have been a massive flop. ooops...

#2 even releasing when they did had they focused more on the PVE it could have shined in a way that Overwatch has not been able to. I really enjoyed the pve aspect and thought it was better suited for the game. A real campaign to build on and this would have been a home run (or at least not a disaster). PVP should have been second fiddle.

All in all its free now so how can you thumb it down. I paid real dollars for it and still enjoyed the co op missions. If you like pve co op shooters it will kill a couple hours for you.

Like everyone else is saying the hackers are a huge problem. I encountered several very obvious ones.

The hosting is ridiculous, its clearly all about money at this point.

Its too bad because the game looks great and the play was fun to play in the few games without obvious cheaters.

No way I buy this game after this experience. I'll buy it when its like 20 bucks maybe.

For under a buck you its not as bad as the reviews, that is why i give it a thumbs up. If there was a neutral vote I'd rate it that for sure.

I saw one reviewer that says the game is spread too thin and that is absolutely spot on. The Orion Prelude was fantastic, basic and well done. This one they shoved way way way too much ♥♥♥♥ in. Crafting gear from odd parts no real linear progression for gear/weps and weird 3rd person view etc... I know that the patch has made it fps but still it was a dumb move. One of the best parts of the first one was buying weapons/perks as the levels got harder.

This game is not bad but the devs tried to flex their muscle. They would have done better keeping it simple like Prelude and doing some graphic and game play tweaks rather than try to create a mammoth in depth game and not doing it justice.

If you have a friend or three and a couple bucks. Grab some beer and play this for a weekend, its not a bad time sink but it will get old very fast.

This a pretty good game. Everyone complaining about optimization and how the cars drive is a little ridiculous.

Ive never had any wood for the tom clancy games. This one is fantastic by comparison imo.

If you like open world, co op, borderlands/gta style quest progression you will like it.

Like Borderlands 2? this is pretty much a DLC for it imo. The downside is that the 4 characters you get (thats right you have to buy the other 2 of them separately to get 6) are not as interesting as BL2's but still pretty good. Story was meh if you like 14 year old boy humor about lesbians you'll enjoy it if not some of it was a little dumb. The game is a little rough on the start till you hit concordia then it picks up. The end boss is pretty bad, probably the low point of the game (several repetitive stages).

Bottom line if you liked Borderlands 2 and need something to kill a few days or weeks depending on how many times you can stomach the same play through you'll like this.

What a pile of ♥♥♥♥! The amount of money they wasted on this garbage is unfathomable. Everyone at Activision should be fired, even the janitors and the people in the lunch room. Jesus H Christ. Blizzard took some time off making ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ expansions to make a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Cod... This is even worse than Black Ops 3. THE ONLY REASON ANYONE BUYS THIS IS TO GET THE MODERN WARFARE REMASTERED. The first time you load this you will want to quit before you even start. I've been trying to get this free garbage game to load and the game has crashed once and i've had to hard restart 3 times.

Before you say it my computer is a beast... I can play anything. So at this point I'd pay them to remove this rotten fetus from my machine.

Good call on the free weekend I'm sure you'll sell alot more copies. The rating as already gone from Mixed to Mostly Negative. Wow just wow...

Best co-op shooter ever.
