I'd assume when bethesda say that, the price for the pass would be around 10 dollars cheaper so you want to buy this rather than single dlcs.
Hmmm NO, its $70 worth of content all for $70.

I don't know if the community are the ones blasting the cheaply rushed content that's sold overprice or if its them saying it now.
Either way this was not "To reward our fans" as they want us to believe.
