Glitchy even after all these years. Cheaters with menu's were just going around lobbies so that every ghost was a Fayte and they'd step off trailer and step back on and end it just to get xp and money.

If you like Warhammer 40k then I think you will love this game. If you aren't really familiar with Warhammer and the Space Marines, if you like Gears of War, I think you will love this game.

Around 8 hours of campaign storyline.

Multi-player PVP like objective capture etc. definitely has issues, there is no team balancing mechanic so you get level 1's fighting level 8's who have way better gear unlocked that makes a massive difference. The assault class who is the most melee focused has the lowest armor rating which makes no sense at all, and basically you just have to try and get 1 kill by ambushing from the air before you are immediately rolled by basically any other class shooting you a few times from distance.

Def. need major improvements for PVP from what I've seen so far.

took 12.3 hours of on and off gaming to beat the main story line without any guide etc. Was a fun game and lots on intriguing story-line pieces. Worth.

I will say one thing that was annoying was the smaller town right across the bay for the trinket sales and painter, didn't feel like there needed to be a separate town for that, just was a hassle.

Great game, challenging, only complaints so far would really have to be the game breaking glitch where after picking up a mission hard drive the size of a case of beer, when being attacked by bugs and trying to switch to my gun, character goes to base character "standing man" model with arms at side, including my gun pointing at ground even when firing.

My other complaint is about the "random" fire tornadoes. Random in quotations because an area will have no fire tornadoes but once you are there and stuck in 1 spot for a mission critical aspect, it "randomly" decides to swamp the entire area in fire tornadoes and there's absolutely nothing you can do to disrupt them, like throwing a grenade into it to disrupt it? NOPE, fire tornado gonna fire tornado and "randomly" uncannily chase you around.

Don't send a fire tornado onto the terminal I need to be on. Fix your "random" fire tornadoes so there's at least SOMETHING I can do to stop it, or have it not be on fixed points you HAVE to be on.

Bush camping. Putting aside the other issues like Outposts being able to be updated/ placed every 90 seconds meaning an enemy squad lead can constantly place spawns deeper and deeper flanks. The biggest flaw is there is ZERO discouragement from actual bush camping. 90% of either team are sitting in bushes, nearly invisible if not moving due to poor graphics, shader and colors etc. If they aren't moving, chances are you can't see them past 50 meters, also, it's like your actual player models eyeballs are nearsighted, everything is scaled and looks like it is far away, you can't pick out much detail at 100 meters, so how can you see player models in a shadowy bush? You can't. The bushes don't move, moving through them doesn't make extra noise or slow you down, and it doesn't stop you from aiming at perfect accuracy from within.

All this means is, if you like bush camping and sharp shooting, you'll like this, but if you are at the disadvantage of dying and having to get back to a bush, you won't, someone will pick you off while you are running at a full sprint from several hundred meters off.

Also, there is no main protection zone, which means that players can and DEFINITELY DO camp your hard main spawns like if you get pushed back. Spawned, took 5 steps, and got shot in the gut. Not a fun game, there is a LOT to do, and hopefully OWI can do it. I've got ofer 1500 hours in Squad, and i'm going to stick to that, this game has more negatives than positives in it's current state.

Over 20 hours in, and I can say that if you are/were like I was, getting bored and tired of the same old games, no game really grasping your interest for more than an hour or 2, this came is the breathe of fresh air you are looking for. It's been a long time since I found a game I could/ would want to play for more than an hour or 2 at a time. I played a solid 7 hours on a rare weekday off work, and I'm a dad in my 30's not a lot of time to game like I used to have. This was worth it.

Right off the bat, sure there is a TON of avatar customization in appearance like there often is, but it goes deeper with traits/ skills, and faction alignments, and religions with real attributes that come with, which all means you can have exponentially different characters and experiences in this game.

There is just so much to explore, so many different stars with 1 or more systems around that star and each planet or moon etc. is unique and vast and waiting for exploration. You can build multiple outposts including a station to self service pay off a bounty you may have acquired, or stash contraband so you can grav. jump to faction space territory without being hassled. (Sell contraband to the Trade Authority person in the Wolf System near to Sol) There is ship building and ship design, small to massive ships all with different looks and actual capabilities. You can absolutely explore too much and put yourself in hot water coming out of grav. jump straight into an entire enemy fleet, and if so you'd better be seriously powerful or else quick to jump away!

Each mission and yes even all the side missions are still unique even after 20 hours, there's several ways to go about everything you do. This universe may have limits, but it will be a long time (maybe hundreds of hours) with thorough and interesting exploration to be done before I could ever come close to saying i'd touched on it all.

This space travel is easy once you get the hang of the diff. huds in the pilot seat, the ship combat is challenging and fun, the suits, boost packs, weapons, helmets, NPCs, etc. etc. are all well functioning and polished. I haven't hit a game breaking glitch yet which is saying something with how many large RPGs are these days. I almost got stuck under a ship, but wiggling and crouching solved that. You can also push past your various companions so you don't have to worry about getting trapped in a corner!

This finished game actually feels like a finished game that is deeper than a shallow puddle and not just advertised as some epic adventure. This is advertised as such, and it actually meets that expectation that was set.

Its a fun game, just like the first was. Hold 1-4 to switch between selected items like meds. and throw-ables etc.

If you liked the previous FarCry games, you will probably enjoy this game. From what I can tell so far, it is quite an extensive amount of content, something I think most players who are familiar with FarCry are used to.

The reason I don't recommend this game actually has almost nothing to do with the game and its content. I don't recommend this game because Ubisoft Uconnect won't let you play the game. I played 12 hours, left the game alone for a few months, tried to come back to it, and it repeatedly has the same type of error that people were experiencing all the way back to FarCry 3. "The procedure entry point cef_is_cert_status_minor_error could not be located in the dynamic link library libcef.dll"

Ubisoft teams even responded to people's questions and complaints in chat forums etc. without ever offering any real fix. Whenever a development team or product team focuses more on adding content or making new content, without addressing and permanently fixing errors such as the very ability to play the game you paid good money for, stop giving them your money. I went online to look for fixes, I even uninstalled and re-installed which is one of the things Ubisoft recommended, still same error code and issues. The error isn't even with the game, its with the fact that they don't seem to want to let you play the game unless you are somehow connected to Uconnect, Ubisofts platform etc.

In summary, until the developers and support teams can fix the most basic issue of people actually being able to play the darn game, don't bother wasting your money, it would be spent better almost anywhere else on anything else.

This game is a time killer like Minecraft, but much more challenging and realistic. Easy to get lost in the world, figuratively and literally. Definitely a game worth buying if you enjoy single player. I would like duo co op non competitive capability, having a friend along would help. Who know being Stranded Deep in the middle of no where ocean could get lonely?

Game is fun and most importantly highlights the importance of team work. This is NOT a game where you can run solo and expect to achieve anything.
