so if one does one sit up and then one sit down does it even out to be a sit or does it just take the role of the last kind of sit cause the other day i was at the doc and he said i should do more sit ups and less sit downs but i just wonder if there is a work around where if i do like 20 sit downs and one sit up if it kind of evens out cause i think its a lot easier to do a sit down than a sit up so please email me back asap doc says if i dont start the sit ups soon im ganne get ligma my fax is 038349174892 please send reply via telegraph
