I know how to stand up. What I struggle with is taking showers.
I'm male and 19. I usually take a weekly shower. Sometimes it can go up till 10 days and during stressful/tiring school times, I went two weeks without showering (happened twice).
I don't wash even after pooping, so depending on when I last took my weekly shower, it can be a normal week or 10-12 days I think.
My parents never told me how often I should shower. Nobody told me. I thought weekly showers were normal and showering everyday was obsessive.

I do wash my armpits if they're stinky, I try to do it every time. I also use deodorant if I need to.
But everything else, I wash it during my shower. I don't even know how much I'm supposed to wash some parts. Just in the recent years I started washing my privates because my gf told me (we're long distance).
I'm genuinely pretty ignorant about hygiene in general I believe, so I'd like to know how to keep myself clean and not smelly.
