Favorite Grand Strategy Game: Europa Universalis IV
Ultimate map painting simulator. A lot of mechanics so it can be hard to get into, but it's worth it if you like detailed strategy games.

Favorite FPS: Insurgency
Realism without becoming Arma-like, this is a Source engine game that is well-balanced with a good mix of strategy and fast-paced reflexes. Quite a few game modes for variety, though I almost exclusively play push.

Favorite Visual Novel: planetarian ~the reverie of a little planet~
A kinetic novel, meaning there are no choices to make, so you are there solely to read a story. While the length is a bit padded with unnecessary repetition, overall it's a fairly engrossing story.

Currently working on Steins;Gate which may very well take this spot. Excellent story, music, and art so far.

Favorite "Sports" Game: Rocket League
Soccer with cars, boosts, and explosions.
