Avoid this guy like the plague. He only picks Wisp, and if you don't let him get the runes, he will Tether you and Relocate you to a corner of the map so you can't get out. Then he unshares control of the courier to make sure you can't use it to ferry yourself a TP scroll. If you get him in your game, it would be more enjoyable to just uninstall Dota so you never risk playing with him again.
