Great gameplay and atmosphere but cannot recommend to anyone at this current stage, feels like an early access game with missing features with unenjoyable gameplay loop and performance issues.

Progression is terrible because not only do you have to hope of getting the weapon you want, you also have to hope that it has good base stat, every hour in the rotational shop. Something needs to change with how base stats are handled to obtain a smooth experience in progression to respect your time rather than a lottery one.

The game's instability is a 50/50 lottery depending on your PC. It can crash multiple times in a single mission. This has been an ongoing problem for about a month now (including beta) for many users.

There is very little gameplay style as well, with only 4 classes to choose from.

These are my current gripe with the game and hope these issues are fixed soon.

Go play a game that actually respects your time. The hundred of hours i put into this game i have regretted. If you still wanna try then go for it, but many of my mmorpg buddies has quit this game for a reason.

Terrible performance

A very good modern coop zombie horde game allowing different play styles with the deck system, i can see a lot potential here allowing developers to add new playstyles or stronger cards for harder difficulty in future.
Only bad things i can think of are:

- No server browser or region change, so far not having problems finding players in OCE but once playerbase starts dropping this can be the death of the game.

You now start with an entire deck drawn.

- W̶e̶a̶p̶o̶n̶ ̶a̶t̶t̶a̶c̶h̶m̶e̶n̶t̶s̶ ̶c̶a̶n̶n̶o̶t̶ ̶b̶e̶ ̶t̶a̶k̶e̶n̶/̶d̶r̶o̶p̶p̶e̶d̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶g̶u̶n̶s̶ ̶u̶n̶l̶e̶s̶s̶ ̶s̶w̶a̶p̶p̶e̶d̶. They added a feature that allows attachment modification now.

- No workshop.

If these core issues are addressed it should be a game every horde shooter lover should try out.

Update 1: After 600 hours, the game has gotten a lot better with balancing, QoL changes and features. Season 1 content is ok, Sharice is really strong, and Heng is pretty meh. The Tunnel maps are pretty good except one called "300 Below", most legendary weapons are strong and about half of the new attachments are good. With crossplay i can always find matches for Veteran and Nightmare difficulty, overall a good experience.

An amazing short 30 hour game but very unique RPG that is one of a kind. Wont find many games if at all similar to this.

Good game, wish there was more weaponry though since it gets boring when most of the same type do the same thing but do slightly more damage.

One of the best games ive played in years. RE2 sets out on what it wants to do and does it perfectly.
It is more survival than horror which is great for people who dont like to be spooked compared to something like The Evil Within.

For people worried about it being too short i would reccomend replaying the game after finishing it to get S+ rank since it rewards you for completing a playthrough quickly. Its quite satisfying to know the amount of planning and area knowledge helped you get S+ rank.

My only gripe with the game is the RNG zombie placements which can really screw you up.

Game might be buggy as heck and the spawn peekers are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ but even then; i still come back to this game because its just that good <3

The game is great and im having fun. Its very hard and frustrating on new players but once you get some experience into it and know what to do; it'll be a game you will definitely like.
