What a pleasure to play!

First off! Kevin Conroy (RIP) and Mark Hamill's perfomances in this game is phenominal and was a big reason for me to get this game, as they are the definitive voices for both the Batman and Joker.

The Introduction of most of the villains is really well presented in a way that makes sense.
- Scarecrow is a big highlight in this game.
- The riddler being all over is so fun and a cool way to get the player to fully search all of the asylum.
- One of my favourite renditions of the joker, with a strong perfomance.

Slowly unlocking every bat accessory is really fun and allows you to be creative when you attack the goons, with wacky combos. - Theres a lot of fun to be had, just with fooling around the combat system.

I really love the details in the batsuit, overall its a great batsuit (even though the ears are a tad too big) and the fact that it keeps getting dirtier and more ripped the more you progress in the story, really adds to the immersive feel and storytelling of the game.

The collectathon part of the game is in some parts really frustrating, but still fun to complete in my experience.
Collecting all the Voice notes, to fully get the motives of the characters really reels you in the story and makes the experience feel bigger than it is. It also creates a need to collect everything to fully connect every little detail that might have been missed in the story from the gameplay.
in short; a great way to get the player to collect everything.

Story progression is done well, and if you stop to do some collecting, continuing the story is easily set up for the player in the next area, well executed.

The biggest negative about this game would be the Killer Croc sewer section of the game. It felt the least polished gameplay wise, and the controls are really having a hard time keeping up with what the game wants you to do. But alas its a great section of the game storywise.

I have mixed feelings when it comes to Harley Quinn. I didnt really love the way Harley is portrayed, i think they dumbed her down a little too much, but her action sequences in the game is a somewhat enjoyable experience. ~ Note: her writing gets better as the series goes on.

Overall a great game with a good story, strapped with some good gameplay elements, collectathon, and voice acting.

Would recommend.
