Did not top Skyrim despite 3x the content and 2x the development time. Doesn't capture the same magic.

This is a JRPG at heart, with all the BS that comes with it, but by the end. My god, is it worth it.

There's no way to describe why this game is so good without spoiling it. Stick with it, enjoy it in the moment, and you'll have an emotional ride unrivaled by any other art-form.

Incredible. Indescribable. It's been days and this game still hasn't left my mind.

Early Access Review
Very fun, not as extremely strict as it looks.

There's a lot of good things to look for in here, and I do like the game, but I don't want to pretend like everything is okay.

The world is amazing, one of the best looking game worlds I have ever played in, but so many things are unfinished. This is a Doom 2, if you will, some things are amazing but many many more things are at best "meh" and at worst "let me shut off this game."

If you want a deep rpg, then look elsewhere. If you want assassins creed in the future, and would like some interesting characters with a very immersive presentation, then this might be for you. This game is one where you go and shoot people in the head until they die, then go to the next building and do the same things again.

Joesph Anderson (watch him on Youtube he's great) said it best - It's not so much a sequel to the original Prey, as much as System Shock 3.

If that sounds great, and you like the freedom to interact with systems to reach common objectives, than great.
If not, this game isn't for you.

I finished playing it and right afterwards started it a second time. Been thinking about it for days afterwards and probably will for even more time afterwards.

It's quirky, but it was only until I beat the whole campaign did I realize that you winning or not is a total crap-shoot. Rng was the only thing that made me lose, and let me win. If you want a puzzle game, stay away.

But most people will probably buy this for early 2000's nostalgia, so who cares.

Wastelanders shows so many signs that Bethesda has listened to criticism. The first quest has infinitely more options to approach a situation that any fallout 4 quest. This kind of improvement is amazing, and I love it. More please.

Outstanding. Played for 8 hours in one day and I've never felt better about it. My back does hurt though...
