It was a tough call, but I have decided that this game has fishing mechanics.

It takes place in a dystopian world in which the ocean has dried up, leaving only a desert in its place. In this wasteland the only way to go fishing is to attach a harpoon to your dystopian boat (car), set sail on the sea (the dry ocean floor) and use your harpoon to reel in dystopian fish (enemies and their vehicles).
