Was a day 1 D1 vet. played an ungodly amount of that game. Came to D2 on release and played for about 100 hours and was bored. they broke the game. Came back right before beyond light released and then played for a bit more but quit again. I was brought back halfway through Witch Queen and I have been addicted again ever since. I am thoroughly impressed with how Bungie was able to revive this game as well as they have.

My only complaints are the sun-setting of content (meaning they locked away the old content like y1 and y2 content), a lot of the fun activities are locked behind a pay wall (even stuff from 2-3 years ago) and the fact that new players have a "tutorial" quest but they don't know or learn anything in the process. I have tried to get friends into this game/franchise and they are too lost or overwhelmed to play on their own or want to play at all.

I would recommend to people that have stopped playing or to people that are willing to do some reading or watching YouTube videos to learn about the world and story for things to make sense.

Update: Been a minute since I started playing again. I was sucked back into the game via Bungie's juicy hands. However, after The Final Shape, I believe, like many others, will be retiring from D2. It has been a long road but with the latest news of how Sony and Bungie continue to drop the ball when it comes to how players and devs want and see changes for the game that executives shoot down is sad. It happens to the best of games though. Thanks for the memories Bungie. I hope TFS is the best climax of the series to close off the light and dark saga.

It would be an AMAZING aim trainer if I was able to use it. I am unable to stop my cursor from drifting out of the application regardless of what type display setting I use. I don't understand why this happens or if I am the only person to experience this issue. It is incredibly frustrating to try and use this tool and it is just unplayable. Please fix this!! I have submitted an in game bug report.

This game is amazing.

You are able to play through a campaign with specific rules for each song to make it difficult and challenging while still being fun.

There are mods (of course it's PC) that can change the way you play or add custom songs which is awesome.

The songs that are included with the game or that are DLC are supremely well mapped and designed. I am so glad that they added expert + difficulties for all of the songs because after a lot of hours you get good at the game.

This game is also a great workout. I break a sweat, my heart rate gets up, and my arms get tired from the extremely tough songs.

I am also able to get my girlfriend (who hates games) to play Beat Saber which is a plus. this is due to her being able to find custom songs that she likes and then be able to play through them.

Hey all I can say is that this game has made my Girlfriend love gaming. It took something as simple as this goofy puzzle game but hey it worked!

Step 1: Buy game
Step 2: Download Game
Step 3: Play Game
Step 4: Grab Some Guns
Step 5: Shoot Some People/ Things Heads and Watch Them EXPLODE
Step 6: Repeat Steps 3-6

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GAME!! It is a ton of fun. the only disapointment is that you have to GRIND to be able to do or get anything good. otherf than that minimal issue it is and outstanding game.
