A horror game that's FINALLY scary.....and not just jumpscare-scary. There's something absolutely insidious about the fear and anxiety that this game creates. The atmosphere is unnerving and and the story is pretty impressive. I love this game because it's a clear throwback to horror games like Silent hill / PT.....but it takes it many steps further. I remember staying up late playing horror games as a kid and being too afraid to progress in the game because I was too scared.....and THIS game took me back to that same feeling as an adult. I don't scare easily, but this game definitely got me. I hope the developers keep making masterpieces like this. Modern horror often falls back on its usual tropes and lacks creativity, but Visage is definitely a weird, wonderful and horrifying trip that every horror fan 1000% needs to play.

There’s something poetic about sculpting a world, a story of survival and despair, and lovable characters.....all with absolutely 0 dialogue.

Little Nightmares II is a phenomenal game in it of itself.....but the fact that it secretly is a prequel is a brilliant spin on storytelling. The world is far more fleshed out than the first game, but also gives the 1st game SO much more depth and meaning. The two protagonists are adorable, and you really find yourself hoping they can make it out of this nightmare together. The mechanics are smooth, and the pacing of the game is perfect in the sense that you’re on your toes quite a bit. The sense of helplessness and vulnerability experienced here hasn’t been felt since I played some of the earlier Silent Hill games (which is clearly nodded at during the hospital section). The “fighting” sections don’t feel repetitive despite them mostly utilizing a hammer or pipe to smash enemy’s before they pounce on you. The soundtrack is SCARY.....and for a game that comes across as Tim Burton-esque and cutesy....there were countless times I was jumping out of my seat in absolute terror.

Lastly, without any spoilers.....wow....what a twist. The ending......that’s all I’m saying.— I’m eager to play it again and break it down during my next stream to really grasp the subtle storytelling happening in the background regarding the world and the unfortunate citizens of Pale City. Best horror game I’ve played in years. Bravo. 10/10.

This game is currently unplayable....which is a shame because I've heard how amazing it was for so long. The game will not support any gamepad/controller I've connected, and when I try to proceed with a mouse/keyboard control setup it's wildy glitchy and stops me from even being able to move. I can't even get past the first 60 seconds of the game. I've tried a handful of times now with no luck. I've tried to repair the local data with no luck. I've tried 5 different controllers with no luck. This game is broken and I really hope the devs get around to fixing it soon.
