This is an amazing DLC, loved its setting, atmosphere, themes, story and characters, I don't want to play through it ever again.

This is the worst game ever made, I hate it and everything it represents.

This is a simple game for the simple man (or woman, I don't know) that knows its audience and what they want and it's not ashamed to deliver.

If you think you might enjoy this I say you give it a go, for being as simple as it is with its mechanics it's still a fun little game and a decent time waster, you aren't going into it for those reasons anyway.

I'll go a little deeper in the mechanical aspect, it's a pretty simple hack and slash game, just complex enough to not make mindless button mashing a completely viable strategy, and the mission design is repetitive, you won't be getting a lot of variety in that front, but by playing it in short bursts I didn't find it too bad (This game was originally made for the PS Vita, so I guess it's kind of supposed to be played like that), that is really the biggest flaw the game has, otherwise you get a wonderful little fanservice machine with some funny dialogue and character interactions to get you from one boob joke to the next, and a plot that's competent enough to serve as an excuse to justify yourself liking this game to your friends and family.

This game is why Steam allowing anything into the store is a good idea

This is an expansion that takes all the things that made the base Postal 2 both the greatest and worst game of all time and cranks them up to 11, it was made as a love letter to the fans of the series and if you want more Postal you don't have to look any further than this.

This game is juvenile, gross, edgy for the sake of being edgy and crashes whenever it feels like it, but it also allows you to chop your enemies to pieces, burn their corpses, urinate into the fire to put it out and then play ball with their heads (just to put a simple example). It's honestly up to you if that balances out.
