who helped him pass along his message: The British are coming!
Revere stopped at every farmhouse, every village green, shouting his warning Lanterns flickered to life in windows Drums beat and bells rang as militias began to assemble
By dawn, Paul had reached Lexington, where he warned Hancock and Adams Though he was eventually captured for a short timby British soldiers, his message had already spread.
