This review ignores the fact that you have to install the EA app, which is unnecessary spyware that always runs on the background of your PC.

It's a fun little co-op game that's pretty linear but it's pretty unique that it's splitscreen as well. It's like a mix of am movie and a videogame, and the storyline is very good. Don't be fooled by the EA logo, this game isn't made by EA so it has no dirty business practices. I say it's worth playing.

Yes, absolutely yes. The aesthetics are amazing. No bugs that affect gameplay as far as I know. Be sure to grab a beer or something stronger, it'll help you!

Quite a fun little fighting game with many weapons and such, but I do warn you of lag on a regular basis and quite a lot of toxic (young probably) players.

Tripwire is a total scam company seeing how they treat this game.
The base game is good but the only thing they add for free is recycled weapons, There is tons of loot boxes and other money pits for those who are vulnerable to it. they don't even make new maps themselves and are totally milking out the game.

I should also add that playing with just friends is usually completely impossible, you are forced to play in a public server because hosting your own game with a password doesn't work 90% of the time, or you get dropped in a server with 200+ ping. Talking about game stability there is this really annoying problem where a certain percentage of shots do not register and just go trough the zeds, this becomes a problem when you have heavy sharpshooter or demo weapons that have a few or just one shot per magazine.
There is also a problem where if you get hit by big zeds or a boss while you are standing in a doorway, you get killed instantly.
Most of these issues are old and will never be fixed.

Also last year they promised cosmetics to people that owned the Deluxe version of the game, but me and many others never got them, which is actually illegal, I tried contacting support but the incompetent people at Tripwire completely abandoned it - there is no support for Tripwire's games so good luck if you ever have a serious problem.
Also it's useless to request a refund for a DLC because Steam will automatically tell you that you have "too many hours" in the game while you haven't even touched the DLC.

- Edit 15-10-2022: I should also add that one of the many server instabilities can cause you to get disconnected mid-game and when you try to join back in the server will be full as if you've just been replaced, this happens to me every so often and it's one of the reasons I usually play solo.

The game isn't that active anymore and last event there were literally no people playing since there were no servers with players in them not even on a Friday night, the game is being abandoned and barely any old players are still here, as a veteran player I say it's best to skip this one.
The people working there are a complete joke.

You likely will not receive the Vietnam cosmetics that were promised to be given to owners of this DLC last October. This is a partial scam.

DON'T BUY THIS IF YOU ALREADY BOUGHT ALL WEAPONS SEPERATELY!!!
