Seriously, This is stll my go to game just as league of legends was until their community got extremely toxic to the point where I stopped playing altogether, and that held 10 people to a main match. and half the time it might be 4x5 or 3x5 if people got mad at each other for not healing.

No, this game I felt was a whole lot different, like a calmer safe home for me to go to. However, since the recent ADD-ON's keep happening, I've gotten nothing but disconnected killers. MYSELF INCLUDED. Sure, the support team is great in trying to help others, but when it comes to their own servers they can't help, clearly.

This was my favorite go to while playing as killer, but if you add more and more and more, your only doing yourself a hindrance by not fixing the problem but by adding to the problem by trying to cover it up. If you need to fix your servers, JUST DO IT! Stop the excuses and FIX THE PROBLEM! Turn off DBD for a short bit so you can see what the problem is. Just down one region and fix their problem. Ever since MORE and MORE regions got added, it's been escalating BIG TIME.

I have friends in other countries have less problems then the NA servers which I'm thinking to myself, what the hell? Then you add on cross-platform, which communication with that sucks like hell because someone could be hacking and you'd never know it. This new killer, honestly, perks they have... there is so much better you could have done. It's just a female version of the knight and some of the other killers perks.

I feel like people are running out of ideas and what they should do is do an open survey in the game and provide blood points or the cells after completion so they know true survey takers versus those that don't care. Things have got to improve soon otherwise this game is going to flop big time. Fix what you have now before it's gone.

Fix the bugs, fix the network connection, clear your cache. Stopping adding until this is done and problem solved. Mark my words it will happen unless you fix it NOW.

Edit: Even after I did as suggested I still get disconnected from your servers!

Previously suggested Tips:
1) Click on the Start menu, then click on Control Panel.
2) Click on Network and Internet.
3) Click on Change Adapter Settings.
4) Right-click on the Wi-Fi network you are connected to, then click Properties.
5) Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (or Version 6 if desired).
6) Click Properties.
7) Write down any existing DNS server entries for future reference.
8) Click Use The Following DNS Server Addresses.
9) Replace those addresses with the 8.8.8.8 DNS addresses:
For IPv4: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
For IPv6: 2001:4860:4860::8888 and/or 2001:4860:4860::8844
10) Click OK, then Close.
11) Try running Dead by Daylight again

I was just told to do this:
Updates and stability check steps:
1) Make sure to disable VPN/Proxy services, if you have any.
2) Please try turning your modem/router off and let it out of the power outlet for at least 30s, then try again.
3) Try a different network to play the game [ Wired, mobile data, etc.]
4) Make sure Steam and Windows are all updated.

If those don't help you at first, please try flushing your ip, you can use these steps:

1) Press Windows Key + R to bring up "Run"
2) Type "cmd" (without quotes) and hit enter to bring up "Command Prompt"
3) First, type "ipconfig /release" (without quotes) and hit enter
4) Second, type "ipconfig /renew" (without quotes) and hit enter
5) Lastly, type "ipconfig /flushdns" (without quotes) and hit enter
6) Restart your computer

Add Dead by Daylight as an extension on your Firewall:
1) Select the Start button > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security and then Firewall & network protection.
2) Select Allow an app through the firewall
3) Locate Dead by Daylight and check all the boxes next to it.
4) Click OK to save the settings

So by EXHAUSTING their "help" my SIMPLE SOLUTION helped me.

TURN DOWN THE GRAPHICS!!!

When I went into the game settings and turned the graphics down from ULTRA to Medium to Low, it runs soooooo much smoother. Do you want unnecessary quality graphics and no game play or do you want to play with excellent performance and outlined graphics? Not missing much for graphics to be completely honest. TURN DOWN IN GAME GRAPHICS!
