Sonic Generations, back in 2011 was a Sonic game released on the series 20th birthday for the returning players who wanted a taste of more Classic Sonic Genesis Gameplay or more modern players, who in recent years have played and enjoyed Sonic Colo(u)rs [Wii] & Sonic Unleashed. [PS3/X360] This is due to the fact, the gameplay is cut into two different gameplay styles and the game also brings back fan favourite levels from past games.

Gameplay in Generations, as I mentioned previously, is two different styles. 2D Classic gameplay as Classic Sonic and 3D/2D High speed gameplay as Modern Sonic. Classic Sonic, returns with the beloved Spin-Dash, which in comparsion is very watered down when compared to the original gameplay, this is due to the fact, it isn't perfect with the new physics added in, for example running down a hill isn't as fun as it used to be BUT an improvement, over Sonic 4: Episode 1's physics; where you have no momentum whatsoever, you have to keep holding right to keep running or Sonic comes to a complete stop. (And that's just to start comparing physics lol) Modern Sonic gameplay however, feels nothing like that, physics are great, speed is good and the level design is average and easy but could have been better.

Sky Sanctuary
Speed Highway
City Escape
Seaside Hill
Crisis City
Rooftop Run
Planet Wisp

My favourite being Chemical Plant.

The main game is quite fun however, there is one major flaw... the game is WAY too short and easy... you can probably speedrun and beat the game within a couple of hours! Due to this, there is a positive! The MODS!!! YES! Usaully, why people buy the game on PC.. most people's favourite is the Unleashed Project (or UP for short) This mod brings back all the daytime levels from Unleashed, meaning you can experience the game, how it SHOULD have been made (also in 60 FPS) on PC I'll provide you a link to download the mod if you do wish to do so: http://www.moddb.com/mods/sonic-generations-unleashed-project/news/sonic-generations-unleashed-project-10-released

I'd have the give Generations 7.5 out of 10... not perfect but a classic of 2011.

Pick it up, I'm sure there's something for everyone to try in this game.

Road Madness
"Road Madness"

This "game" needs to be renamed to A,D + left mouse click and right mouse click simulator 2014.

Honestly, this should not have been released in the state it is, for example: if you drive off a ramp, you will soar through the air like a feather whilst carrying the car's momentum, it will slowly reach the ground as if the car doesn't have any weight to it. I've also had a glitch where you go completely underneath the map whilst driving.

The only things positive I can say are only a few things:

- The Delorean DMC-12 is a playable car *which makes me happy as a huge Back To The Future fan*

- Easy achievements *all you do is complete the levels.. which isn't as easy as it sounds, due to the amount of control you have over the car..*

- Trading cards

- Cheap *I got this from a coupon for 18p*


If you want a game with easy achievements, go for it, other than that.. stay away from this. I want my 18p back..

Clothes tear in combat, when hit.

Well, I couldn't get the damn game to work for about two months, to be fair, I am a college student; So messing around, attempting to fix a stupid slow down bug was the least of my problems.

I know they wanted to go a new gameplay style but I can't get into it, Sonic feels like he weighs a ton of bricks, even when you hold down the Run Button whilst mid-air he still falls like a rock.

I'm going to give Lost World another go, but honestly, I'm not impressed. Buy Generations, don't waste your time with this unless you're stupid like me, £10 down the drain.

+ Fun gameplay.

+ Low end PC spec needed. Any PC in today's standards will play this fine.

CONS.

- Controller support issues!

- Would have liked the story to be slightly longer.

- The overworld can be a pain to travel through.. You can lose your way very easy if you're not careful.


From my experience from this I really enjoyed very bit of the game. I won't spoil the plot, I will say however this game is just so fun, I managed to nab a copy of this from a coupon whilst leveling up my account via Steam trading cards.

I don't really want to add much more to this review I advice you to play through and give it a go it's only £1.25! Just keep in mind of the Pros and Cons I mentioned.

Mafia III was annouced on July 28, 2015. It is now the release date and there is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 30 FPS cap?! Come on 2K this is BS. I'd recommend you wait until they patch it so we get above the 30 FPS cap... I know this just sounds like a review about the frame rate but not only that my fellow Mafia fans.... THE TEXTURES LOOK LIKE DIRT

Please don't do what I did and waste your birthday money on this..

I was so hyped for this game you don't even know... To be let down like this is just depressing.

If they patch this and fix the cons I'll change my review.

Free World of Warcraft... What's not to like?

I'd recommend this game to new GTA players also the returning GTA players.

I've spent at least 5000+ hours on this game *ignore my play hours* the amount of content within is just wow.

The story is great, i've replayed it multiple times.

The multiplayer... now that's a different review in itself. It can be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ at many times, however playing with close friends is miles better than trying to listen to either a 12 year scream in game chat, or your typical European CS:GO player instead of saying "GO B.. GO B" it is now "I NEED MONEY HELP PLEASE".

Grand Theft Auto V i'd say is 9 out of 10. Give it a try, you never know you may become addicted like myself.
