Online play: Servers, that gonna kick you every time they have a chance. White never ending loading screens after the most money giving and time consuming jobs, that might often end up literally never ending... So you are forced to shut the game off to get playin' again... What leads to no money received for the job (e.g after a few hours of doing setups for the final heist, with no problems occurring... This happens and you get no rewards + the whole heist is considered done. So you have to start the whole thing over again). Hella long loading screens every time you pick to do some job, instead of freewalkin' around the city.

Single play: Works well. Sweet story line, that is pretty well done. Cool car body-works. The city actually lives (ofc with randomly spawned npcs with no connections or jobs other than to talk to their phone, walk around the corner or taking pictures of random stuff around, but you will enjoy every encounter with talin' person u'll get in. Those dudes are rly funny.)

Overall... Those few hours of singleplayer is not worth for the full price... The online could be tho, if you've got enough friends to play with or a hella lot of patience for those loading screens.
