Very good game!
I can see major potential in the future and in my opinion, better than Smite 1.

After about 2.5 ~ 3K hours into the game, I can say that it was a fun ride. It had it's ups and downs, but overall I enjoyed it.
Hopefully Smite 2 will be as good or better!

1. I lost about 140 FPS... i've got a 1440p monitor paired to a 7800X3D + 7900XTX and 32GB RAM

Before with everything on max I've had ~230 FPS, now with everything on ultra I've got ~85 FPS. I understand that it's a new engine update, but come one things don't look that much better that I'm losing 63% performance of my high-end PC!

2. Ping went up from 35-40 to 120-160, plus package losses... how is this even playable?

3. I get flash-banged every time I exit dark sight

4. A lot of accounts were denied access to the game or matches because they wanted to have stable servers... Meaning that older players got cucked

5. UI is so bad that I still get lost and confused

Features previously available at a single click now are buried underneath other menu and then submenus. Some information you cannot access at all anymore, for example teammates or killer kills, deaths and assists stats, mmr stat without going in a match first, buying and equipping weapons is waaaay more confusing and slow. And the list could go on and on

6. They're even more aggressive with monetization and pushing the store and battle pass higher than ever before. Guess why?

They used the excuse of skin "rarity" system to increase skin blood bounds cost, one example: Death's Beacon (Flare Pistol), its cost was 400 BB before update and its now at 650 BB.

7. So many promised features that never made day of light, for example: 2D match history, health bar presets, report button to spectated players, decentralized servers, reporting ban waves publicly, automated system that tells you when someone got banned, fair play task force (aug 15), fixed desync, removing an option to choose a server (ping abuse issue), team only voice chat, duo cant queue with a random third, removing custom ammo from some weapons (dolch dum dum) and many more.

At this moment in time I cannot recommend the game, maybe after a couple of months of fixes.

The combat feels so good, it's insane!
Combat sounds impactful and very well done
Quests are more than decent, story is 8.5 / 10
Lots of customization
Open world, as well as instance / dungeon content
It will offer both a gloomy, sad and dark mood, as well as bright, happy and colorful experience

If you are a Harry Potter fan, then this game will open your eyes so much,. I'm referring to how everything is setup within and outside the Hogwarts school.
You can see how everything is set, and that for me is truly magical.

Overall, I'll highly recommend!

unfortunately still a bad game.... feels clunky, it feels like i'm building 3 items and do the exact same dmg as at lvl 1...

Combat is hot garbage

The guns, rifles, snipers etc. are very unbalanced. It's the same for the maps too.

What is more frustrating is that you can bleed, have a fracture, get wounded etc. in an arcade type like shooter

How can I not recommend it?!
It's everything you want and more from a game

Got in love with this game. After playing it, all other games seemed so unrealistic, fake... even the conversations with the NPCs and facial emotion are on another level.
The story is one of the most immersive I could find in my time spent playing video games.
Highly recommend it for any age!

Don't buy the game if you want to play it with a mouse an keyboard... it's all bugged, everything is for a controller, every prompt is for the controller button (ex: press "B", from controller, to go back... it's actually "Q" for keyboard).
The camera is ♥♥♥♥♥♥, sound is ♥♥♥♥♥♥, aiming is ♥♥♥♥♥♥... everything is wrong control wise.

DO NOT BUY IT!!

Yeah, you can reset it, but to spend more than 60$, including DLCs, then getting this ♥♥♥♥. It's practically a scam.
