A fun roguelike deck based city builder! Not a game I ever thought about as a FPS fan and live service addict, but this game is helping me kick the live service habit and have a ton of fun!

Bungie created a game and a world where I want to spend as much time with my friends as possible. The classes (Titan, Hunter, and Warlock) offer enough variety between them to keep things fresh if I tire of one for a time. Grinding for weapons is a lot of fun if you have the time to commit to it. PVE is in a great state of difficulty and reward. PVP has always been a bit nutty (it wouldn't be Destiny if it wasn't).

While the older DLC model may have been preferable for some, Bungie's newly earned freedom from publisher Activision means they're doing the most that they can with the resources available to them.
