the game crashes every single time i try to load into a game and im getting mad. this game looked like it was gona be fun but im probably gona end up getting a refund if it wont work

i really love this game. i might even say its in my top 3 favorites. but since the most recent minor update, the game wont load. it says preparing to launch like it always does, then just goes to a white screen, then disapears like it shut itself down. i havent found anywhere that tells me how to fix this and i dont know if its just me having this problem. but if anyone has any idea what it might be, im all ears. i feel like it has soemthing to do with the new BattleEye which seems to be causing alot of problems. if my oppinion matters any, i think it would make things better if you guys took BattleEye off
