The game was fun, and the devs are trying very hard to remove that aspect from the game

Edit: After the terrible implementation of archnemesis it took quite a while for the game to bounce back in a better way. The game is better in many ways at the moment while the only thing that kinda sucks right now being the sub par trading system that is somehow more outdated then the trading system in old school runescape and performance. Overall for a f2p game the amount of content is wild and well implemented. Do yourself a favor and try it, and you might want to follow a build.
