Stellaris 2.2 is finally a real Paradox game. It feels harder to master and understand, a bit overwhelming with all the stuff but in the end, it's incredibly satisfying. If you want tactical combat or fast-paced gameplay, this isn't a game for you. Stellaris is about simulation of your own galaxy, and as a sci-fi sandbox it's really unique and lonely on its ivory tower. Sure, it has bugs and flaws here and there, but no other startegy game has gave me such immersion as Stellaris.
