Very good plot, great characters, the mechanics are well designed and game length is adequate.

However, I feel like there is something lacking with the side activities, and there isn't much complexity to the game. It was meant for play station after all and you can really feel it when playing/

If you're looking for a very good plot, memorable characters and simple yet satisfying mechanics/gameplay - go for it.

But if you're up for something more complex - you might find yourself disappointed.

Not a fan of these kind of games. But I'm an avid skier and wanted to try the sport in digital mode.

It's good, but don't expect wonders. A game to relax to when you don't really want to put in effort into anything more ambitious. (As long as you're not attempting the hardest challenges and races)

If you're looking for a realistic rally sim - go ahead.

If you're looking for something more arcadey - go buy DiRT 2 or DiRT 5.

I have over 40 hrs and still didn't beat the game.

If you like sci-fi and 4X - this is the game for you.

Bear in mind that the game without the DLC's is very hollow. The additional content significantly increases the amount of paths you can go with your species/state and make endgame a lot more interesting since there are more ways particular states can expand.

If you want to try it out - get the base game. If you know you like strategies - buy the base + DLC's.

Recommended since the general experience is very good, It's one of Paradox's best titles.

The campaign is a little short in my opinion, but it really makes up with the climax, environment and characters.

This felt like a surprisingly good departure from Metro series usual linear playstyle. The open maps allow for more flexibility and more exploration opportunities.

I also sincerely recommend the DLC's. They're 100% worth it because they expand on interesting stories, which are only mentioned in the base game.

Overall, a great experience and another solid piece of digital entertainment in the series.
