The writing is good, the characters are lovely and the soundtrack is an absolute banger. Anyone who likes point and click adventure games should give this classic a try. Play with tank controls I'd say. But ¡híjole! Aren't some puzzles annoying. Still, endure through them and don't let their bizarreness piss you off.

The game's nice. Casual, atmospheric and short. Absolutely beautiful artstyle, nice blend of "creepy" and "cute" pleasant writing and a likeable main character. But if you don't like fetch quests, backtracking and/or crafting, this is not for you. Since the game is all about that. I mean all about that.
I liked it. Since I love harvesting and collecting and this game heavily rewards me for doing so. I brew most of the required stuff on the spot, during my playthrough.

If you'd like to give it a shot, I highly advise you to advance the quests simultaneously. Instead of trying to finish them one-by-one. It feels more immersive and fun, and many materials require you to go to different areas anyway. If you advance the quests as you backtrack, I feels less chore-like. At least it did for me.

I'm spoiler texting this part for anyone who don't want their first impression to be pre influenced. If I have to complain about something that would be the ending. It tied things together ok. But I felt like it was a little underwhelming, since the game's very beginning is focused to the end. And players work hard and run errands to achieve it. I still liked the journey, but I expected more from the final destination. I wish it had more to it.

The game black screens and crashes at the startup. My system requierements are more than enough. I've tried troubleshooting for an hour. Turns out it might've been caused by the Renovations Update.

I know this is an early access, and I do expect gamebreaking bugs or unbalanced gameplay. But it doesn't even boot up right now.

Sorry but there is no point in paying for a game, if an update is going to render it literally unplayable for God knows how long. I've bought it just now. But I'm already pondering if I should return it without even playing.

Do not buy until they fix the issue.

Edit: Managed to fix it by waiting a good 10 mins or so, and then alt-tabbing. Still can not recommend though. At least until it's more stable.

Edit 2: After the Winter Update 0.75 the game no longer boots for me. And my previous workaround is now obsolete.

9/10 would sacrifice my loved one again to ascend into godhood

I'm changing my review from positive to negative since i'm extremely fed up with capcom's sh*tty business practices and terrible pc port.

make yourselves a favor and don't pay a dime for this.
