Its pretty much just a less fun 100% Orange Juice.

-No unique music, the ost has few tracks and theyre recycled on almost every menu.
-Combat is 1 dimensional, you dont even get a chance to counter in a battle
-There is little comeback potential, if youre in a coin drought you will be behind for the entirety of the game. This problem is exacerbated by the fact that players that are already ahead can stop at a store to buy good cards to triumph over people who are already behind.

Astral party came out a decade after 100% Orange Juice with the intent to become a competitor. Unfortunately, all it has going for it is its giant honkers on their poster girls. 100% Orange Juice has better art, gameplay and music. Recommend you guys try that instead.

I was 10 seconds away from refunding then had the most insane bossfight prob ever. Good game, recommend. Extremely slow in the early stages. Play for mid to late game.

Prepare yourself for a fun challenge because this game throws you curveballs when you least expect them. Emphasize deckbuilding and acquiring cards early, then worry about strategy and tactics later.

to any of my friends who see this review, i am absolutely CRACKED. i will pack you up and ship you to another ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ universe within seconds, slam you to the floor and laugh at you while you cry. get the game and play with me so i can undeniably embarrass you in front of every living organism watching. i will not show you mercy because we're friends, i will make sure every bone in your virtual body is turned to dust. heck you dont even need to buy the game, i'll start up a remote play together session just to beat you into oblivion. i will cause pain and suffering to you.

so many inside jokes. highly recommend for hololive fans. also a solid choice for anyone interested in a very good vampire survivors esque game.

imagine Stardew Valley but good

probably the best free to play game on steam right now. love the characters, gameplay, and soundtrack.
