Path of Exile 2: The Best RPG of the Decade

I know I'm still early in the game but, just off of getting done with my first night of playing Path of Exile 2, it stands head and shoulders above every other action RPG I've played I don't know about you, but this is an amazing hack-and-slash game that I feel like I can just drop into when I feel the need to let loose and get rid of some pent up frustration and get rid of too much of my days boredom and enjoy some good old fashion fun, and top-down game. With its deep combat mechanics, intricate skill customization, and rewarding loot system, Path of Exile 2 is a true RPG masterpiece. So far, the game is great—I can’t wait to try out the late-game content, and I’ll add more about this later after I get to level 60.

Far Better Than Diablo IV

Let’s face it: Diablo IV falls short in comparison. While it might offer some flashy visuals, Path of Exile 2 outshines it in every meaningful way. There’s no need to suffer through micro transactions, loot boxes, or excessive in-game purchases. Sure, there are some cosmetic micro transactions in Path of Exile 2, but they’re purely cosmetic—things that don’t affect game play in any unfair way. The core experience is focused on earning your rewards, not buying them. Unlike Diablo IV, which feels bloated and shallow and lets face it worse then Diablo III , Path of Exile 2 offers deep, immersive game play with no distractions, so Far and offers more in the entire game of Diablo IV, and this is in only early Alpha.

No Woke Ideology, Just Gaming Perfection

One of the most refreshing aspects of Path of Exile 2 is that it stays true to the game itself, with no unnecessary woke agenda or political messaging. This game isn’t about pushing ideologies—it’s about creating a world where players can lose themselves in deep mechanics and compelling game play. Path of Exile 2 isn’t concerned with checking boxes; it’s about respecting the RPG genre and offering an experience that lets players focus on the game.

Conclusion: A Real RPG Experience

In an era that feels like its dominated by corporate-driven media or influencing games and micro transactions to players and young child like EA or Call of Duty, it's great to see that Path of Exile 2 is a breath of fresh air. It’s the RPG fans have been waiting for—pure, unfiltered, and focused on what truly matters: the experience. If you’re tired of watered-down RPGs like Diablo IV or should I say Diabolic 4, Path of Exile 2 shows what the genre can really be.

Full review to come after I reach level 100 and complete the campaign.

Firstly, I'd like to highlight that Gates of Hell: Ostfront is not just a DLC; it's a complete replacement for the base game, Call to Arms.
As someone who believes that video game prices have been on the rise and many publishers are not investing enough in promoting innovative gameplay, I must commend Barbedwire Studios and Digitalmindsoft for their exceptional work on this DLC.

In my extensive history of playing video games since my introduction to my father's PlayStation system in 1998, this is the first time I've been genuinely surprised, pleased, and excited by a company delivering a DLC that surpasses the quality of its base game.

While my only disappointment lies in the fact that you need the base game to play this DLC, I am delighted to express my love for Gates of Hell: Ostfront. It stands out as a shining example of what developers and publishers can achieve when they put effort into creating a substantial and well-crafted expansion. In an industry where companies often overprice or release half-baked products with microtransactions as a measure of success, this DLC has been meticulously built and beautifully executed.

I can't help but imagine the potential of a sequel, possibly on a powerful engine like Unreal Engine 5, or even a proprietary engine developed by the studio.

I wholeheartedly give this remarkable game's DLC a perfect rating of 5 out of 5 or 10 out of 10 for those purists out there.

I strongly recommend this game to anyone who may have had reservations about the base game. Gates of Hell: Ostfront serves as a masterclass for developers and publishers on how to create a substantial and enjoyable DLC for a game.

Hey Great game, love it but I'm trying to unlock some cool skins for the Halloween event, but to get the Orange and Red Nemo skins I have to go to a Chinese website can we get these skins dropped on Twitch for us to unlock? I don't want to give the Chinese website my GOV ID. The Game is a 4/5 or 9.2 out of 10. The only thing this game needs is more Animal's to choose from, like maybe 30 to choose from and maybe 20 more maps to play on, other than that it's a good game.

Get it, if you don't. Your a Scrub, who hates fun and open-world games. Hands down best alpha game I've ever played since joining Steam. So yeah read my message and or / review, but remember this, when you don't get this game in the future and you see all your friends playing this game , remember you wanted this, but you didn't take that last extra step to purchase this game.

1st Log,
I went for a helicopter ride, my pilot is dead and I'm lost on an island.

Log 4,
Lost a friend, or two.
Then I lost my Flashlight, and my gun.
Then made some new friends.
Then they tried to kill me.
I then killed them.

Log 34,
Today I Made a tent.
Went Hiking.
Then went hunting.
Then I lost my manners.
Lost track of time.
Dug some holes.
Then did some more stuff.

Log 55,
I will update you soon, I'm adventuring towards the Mountain stay tuned for my next log.

This is the best game for learning about betrayal and death and murder.

10/10 I would recommend.

Why is this game for sale if no one is playing it, this should be a closed beta game , from what i played with everything works fine but no one's playing this right now , maybe they should sell this to a company with a huge budget I think EA would buy it, this game has a couple of thing's it could have added and with some new tv ad's it would be up an running again , i wanted to get this game after i saw the trailer when it first came out then a day ago i decided to get it but when i opened the game for first time today i found out players have had a bad time with bugs an updates but since no one is playing this right now. I'm thinking about getting a refund , can't play this game all alone by myself if this is a multiplayer game why oh why???

they just need to get players back on an everything would be fine but until then i might sack this an buy this again when it's busy
