Okay, If your reading this review you know what CS GO is and how it plays. Its one of the most played games on steam and there are a ♥♥♥♥ ton of channels devoted to it. This review will be based on my expirence and will tell you what not to do and what to do if you want to be good at the game,

STEP 1: Get friends. Never go solo. Most of your friends probably have CS GO already unless you have 1 friend. IF you go solo you will find the most toxic players imaginable. On my first ever competetive game I was put in a game full of salty Polish kids and I got kicked and I thought I would never, ever want to play competetive again. With friends you will be saved from this expirence.

STEP 2: Don't think that you will instantly get good ranks. Just because you watch War Owl's tips doesn't give you an advantage. You will fail, fail and fail in your first 100hrs, but my best advice. Ignore youtube tips until later on in your CS GO life. You need to get a feel for the weapons you like, if some guy says,"THE PP-BIZON IS ♥♥♥♥!" But, for example you get aces with the Bizon. You will stop using the Bizon so you won't get as many frags then you wold have otherwise.

STEP 3: Leaderboards don't matter! CS GO is a team game. As long as you help the team enough to win rounds your good as gold

STEP 4: Don't go for CS GO marathons! This is something that helps my friends and I. Get exercise will help your reaction time and your will be less strained allowing for better rounds.

STEP 5: KEEP UP TO DATE WITH CSGO NEWS! Not doing this harmed me. I played 5 games in a row. No rank up for me. This was wierd we play another game we lost. Instant derank. before we new it we went from nova 2 to silver 4.

STEP 6: Have fun!.....In community servers. You will have alot of fun in community servers trying out custom gamemodes and not taking the game seriously.
