I absolutely recommend. It not only allowed me to become an anime boy like other face trackers, but the extra accessories you're able to paste onto the model in real time allowed me to become a cool guy. If you've got a high quality model the possibilities are endless with how detailed the parameters and settings are.

You ever get bored of fighting minions? Destroying structures? What about those juicy team fights where everyone gets to show off their skill?

Battlerite's for you.

10/10 gameplay (3v3 >>>> 2v2)
8/10 soundtrack
9/10 graphics (I've played certain champs purely for their ability animations)

*Only* problem I have right now is the menu UI overhaul they did a couple weeks back is pretty mediocore with too many buttons, but with their quick fixes I'm sure it'll be better within the month.

Oh yeah, the only other problem I have. You're not playing it.

If you have loved the Anti-Gravity genre, then you will love Redout. The controls are good, (unless you're using a keyboard, please don't) the music is great, (It dynamically changes as you progress in a race, playing segments in random order and at appropiate intensity) and the graphics are incredibly good, even on my craptop I'm running. Did I mention it's well optimized?

The career mode will keep you occupied for quite awhile. I was nearing the end of Class III events until the newest update made my completion go down to nearly 50%! The difficulty does not come from the AI's of the game, in fact I see them making mistakes quite often, such as missing boost pads or falling off the course. If you gain a lead, you gain a lead. The real difficulty comes from the courses, which I find to be great! F-Zero always had great courses, but usually their designs were overshadowed by the AI racers always being on your ass. Here, the AI isn't that much of a problem and not even all the events have AI in them. I enjoy that to win, you have to learn and master the courses.

Course learning and getting accustomed to different events, such as time trial, survival, speed, and races aren't all you're doing. Instead of picking a ship and thinking "Okay, I'll wing it with this one and see if it works." it's moreso "What fits my playstyle?" From there, you can further improve the ship's stats with incredibly easy to earn money. You won't be rolling in it if you plan to buy every single upgrade for every ship, especially the later ones, but you shouldn't need to grind a lot. Furthermore, you can get a passive and active powerup that fits your playstyle. Have a ship that has poor grip? You can add a huge boost to its handling, with the only cost being you miss out on the other powerups. Find yourself at low health a lot? Use a repair kit so you can keep flying at max speed without having to worry about the walls killing you, but you may miss out on that other powerup that lets you drain all your boost in one go for extra speed. They're great, and don't negatively affect the game.

Still feel like you don't like the powerups, or have become too reliant on them and you need to break the crutch? Pure versions of events exist where no powerups are allowed, just your ship and its upgrades. Not only that, but some powerups are useless in specific events, like the ones that have no AI racers. Redout encourages you to switch ships and be flexible with your powerups. It's certainly possible to use one set of ships (One set of ships are divided into 4 classes, they are stock upgrades from eachother but can only compete in events of the same class) but it's heavily encouraged to play multiple ships and powerups. It's things like these, that change up the gameplay and keeps things fresh that makes Redout worth its price tag. The career mode is a cycle of new things, constantly. Can you master this course? Now can you beat other racers? Now can you sustain a certain speed? Now try another course! Ooh, a new location! Oh, now you can use the next class of ships! Now try to go through the past course with a brand new toy at your disposal! And it all ends with the coup de grace of all modes. Boss mode.

Boss mode is gauntlet. All the courses of a location, back-to-back, connected via portals. NO STOPS. The name is fitting, as it takes everything you've learned and puts it all into one test. Remember this really hard turn? Remember to boost here for extra speed and no danger? Remember to tilt your ship here? (The ship can take damage from G force on sharp hills, or scratch the ground on sharp inclines) Everything is excellently weaved together.

Redout's only problem? Not enough people are playing it. The career mode is great, but you can't have a racing game without multiplayer! Only a few hundred play at peak hours, trying to set up a lobby at any other times will have an unfulfilling wait time. Plus, the more money the devs get, the more courses they can make (This is no speculation, the free Europa DLC is evidence of this!), the more ships they can add, and the more features they can implement! (Splitscreen: coming soon!)

Don't wait now, the Winter Steam Sale is on at the writing of this review! Buy it!

I LOVE THIS GAME.

My absolute favorite trope in gaming is Variable Mix. The music changes depending on the current situation. Technically, Audiosurf 2 is the reverse, but THIS GAME IS VARIABLE MIX INCARNATE. Everything, I repeat, EVERYTHING is improved over the original Audiosurf. The graphics, the gameplay, the FRAMERATE (God I wish every game was optimized like this) just everything! Modding allows users to have different ways to play and different art styles of the graphics to see. Any sound file works so if you have songs downloaded on your computer you can play them right away! If not, there's soundcloud intergration so you can search up whatever you like! I'll admit though, searching up exactly what you want is a little finicky since the in game search engine oddly limits how many results show up. Getting on the leaderboard is tons of fun too, as you can leave a comment to either taunt the lower scores or praise the ones above you. With a new song being highlighted every day there's always something to play. Overall, Audiosurf 2 recieves all the reccomendation I can give.

One of the definitive games that EVERY member of the PC Master Race needs. Mods... where do I even start? I won't even list any, just LOOK at the workshop. Literally hundreds to even THOUSANDS of hours of content is in Skyrim. Multiple races to choose from, deep character creation, a slew of weapons, a GREAT skill system, really everything for a single-player RPG.

I leave you with a written version of a moment from my adventure on Wrymstooth, a humongous community mod.

The dwarf elevator rises. I hear rain as I look above. A dragon was about to attack, and my fellow followers had to stop it before hundreds of lives were lost. The elevator stops at the surface. We rush out into the rain, listening to the sounds of dragon roars.
"We've got to get to the town! If the empire gets word of this, they'll send soldiers!" I say to my group.
"The empire has no clue how powerful this dragon is. The army's deaths will just empower the dragon!" One of the followers call out. We're sprinting as hard as we can toward the mining village, rain soaking our armor. Our footsteps splashed loudly against the road. We see a small group of Imperial scouts dismounting their horses. Hopefully there aren't many...
"Look there! In clouds!" A scout exclaims.
I look up in the sky. A silhouette of the dragon can be seen flying in the clouds.
"DOVAHKIIN..." A deep voice boomed from the sky. The dragon knew I was here.
Lightning struck down onto the village, causing a massive fire. Screams could be heard.
"Come down a fight us, coward!" I yell into the sky. My partners all ready their bows, axes, and war hammers.
"YOU DO NOT SCARE ME, DRAGONBORN. IT WILL BE YOU, THAT WILL FALL!" The dragon dives down out of the sky, spiraling as it descended. It landed in the center of the town, causing a massive crater.
"Charge!!" The scouts, me, and my party all rush toward the dragon, roaring our battle cries. A don my elven shield, and summon my mystic sword from Oblivion. The dragon unleashes it's fiery breath upon all of us. A few stagger, but the rest, including me, continue advancing. My comrades attack the dragons wings while I go straight for the head. Blood splatters my mask as I slash at its menacing face.
"YOUR MAGIC SWORD DOES LITTLE HARM TO ME, FOOL. I AM A DRAGON!" He lunges at me, aiming for a bite at my head. I mange to block it with my shield and continue attacking. The dragon jumps high into the air, flapping its wings to maintain altitude. I put away my shield and send my sword back to Oblivion. A then equip my elven bow and shoot the dragon with my handcrafted elven arrows. The rest of my comrades also switch to their ranged weaponry, wether it be magic or bows.
It is difficult to aim at the dragon due to the heavy rain and wind messing with the trajectory and the dragon's evasive manuevers. It shoots frost breath down at the ground, downing a few Imperial men. Our volley of arrows and firebolts was not waning however.
"Don't think that some measly frost breath will put me down!" I call out to the dragon. "I am a Nord! Ice means nothing to me!" The dragon lands once more, now aiming straight for me. He slashes out to me with his claws, penetrating through my Night Lurker cuirass. I wield my magic once more, now using a healing spell in my left hand instead of a shield. Everyone surrounds the dragon, taking any chance they can get to attack. The dragon whips it's tail, knocking back all of my allies except me.
"ALDUIN WILL HONOR ME, KNOWING THAT I KILLED THE ONLY THREAT TOWARD HIM!" The dragon taunted. He released a huge torrent of fire at me, causing me to catch on fire... only to be put out by my healing spell.
"Alduin can't honor you if my sword is through your skull!" I take a deep breath as I ready my Thu'um.
"DON'T THINK THAT THE POWER OF THE DRAGONS CAN AFFECT ME!" He was bluffing. He was just disguising it with his deep, monsterous voice.
"FUS..."
"YOU CAN'T ACTUALLY BE ATTEMPTING THIS." The dragon readied it's fire attack once more.
"RO..."
"PREPARE TO DIE!"
"DAH!" My Shout hit the dragon like a giant fist. It staggered backwards, leaving it wide open to attack. I grabbed my sword with both hands and jumped onto its neck.
"GET OFF!" It screamed as it tried to shake me off. I stabbed at its head, blood gushing onto my Night Lurker armor. I continued holding on as the dragon breathed out fire in pain.
With one final attack, I stabbed through the dragon's skull, pulverizing it's brain. It's body collapsed, dead.
I jump off the dragon's neck before it catches fire, like all dragons do when they die. As I watch it burn, I notice the rain beginning to falter.
All that was left was the dragon's skeleton. Blue and orange energy rises from the corpse and starts rushing toward my body. As I consume the dragon's soul, I can hear it's final words.
"♥♥♥♥ you..." I hear the dragon's voice say.
I smile as I look toward the clear sky, noticing the rising sun.

Super Smash Bros. meets Tennis meets Pong meets Volley Ball meets Dodge Ball meets Katamari Damacy

8/10 It's a great multiplayer game that can be both extremely competetive and casual at the same time.
However, this game does not like lag AT ALL. Even when all players are below 50 ping (Or right next to you like one of my friends) Lethal League stutters all over the place. There's more fast action gameplay than there is unplayable laggy gameplay, but the lag still is not unnoticable. I reccomend you get it if you have a couple friends that are equally willing to play it, as chatting with your friends, just like in Smash Bros., will make everything much better.
