DayZ is a Pre-Alpha Zombie Survival game. Now I am going to start this by saying I know this is a pre-alpha and they will fix some of the issues but I will list the Positives and negatives of this game to give you a preview of what needs to be fixed. First of the Pros.

Pros.
-It's fun
-Good co-op game
-Intense
-Makes you always stay on guard
-Challenging
-Pretty

Now, the negatives.
-Poorly Optimized
-Bad PC bindings (although can be re-bound)
-Zombies are way too OP
-Massive Glitches
-Broken Textures
-Terrible lag
-Hit detection is terrible.

Now there is more Negatives than Positives but I am not here to make up your mind for you but only to give you some help if you are "on the fence" about buying it. The game is good don't get me wrong but fairly in my opinion it is frustrating as hell. Gearing up takes forever then running from place to place is annoying now they tried to fix this with vehicles but the vehicles are broken and will kill you no matter what speed they are going at. Now I have recommended this game purely on the basis that I calls this game as a good co-op game and I play with friends on it but if played this buy myself as a solo game then it would a non-recommendation. I think though in my opinion £19.99 is too much for this game for pre-alpha. If you want a good co-op game then make the purchase. If you want a good zombies game get it on sale! If you want a good solo zombies game do not buy it unless you really rally want it!
My rating out of ten would be for co-op 7.5/10 for solo 3/10.
REMEMBER THIS IS MY OPINION!

I bought this game due to gameplay from the yogscast and it was one of the best choices ever this game is so addicting. I have never had more fun in a strategic game definetley a must buy!
