Im a Hitman franchise fan. I paid for the releases relatively soon after launch and the enjoyment these games give me is fantastic. Hitman 3 is also a fantastic hitman game. However, what the heck is going on at the business end of things here.

First is the Epic Exclusivity contract:
I get it. The developer gets a better of cut of the game they made. Fine. Do the exclusivity. I dont like the Epic Games store much so I was like "Eh I'll wait a year, let some more content come out and maybe a sale or drop in price on steam release."
Fast forward a year and now we are here. I own Hitman, Hitman 2 and just to play Hitman 3 with the extra content "episodes" or what ever, is 90 USD!!! 90 USD for a game that was released a year ago. Good luck if you dont own Hitman 1 or 2 and want to play those as well. They are charging the price of a newly released game for games that are YEARS old. Just to play them in hitman 3. Hitman and Hitman 2 have gone on sale in the past year. Hitman 2 was on sale for 11.95 USD a few MONTHS ago let also the sales that have been going back years(Got this from SteamDB btw). On top of that you have this disgusting bundling system that makes no sense. Just let me buy all the Hitman 3 content at once, in one bundle, instead of this wonky bundle system currently going on. Also, for the 90 USD I paid, I still dont get all the content. Thats right folks, for 90 USD I am still missing content from Hitman 3. Specifically the "7 Deadly Sins Collection" for 30 USD. Are. You. Kidding. Me. You want to charge 120 USD for all the content currently available(Ironic given the fact the Act 1 of these Deadly Sins missions is called"Greed"). After a year AND a sale that was going on the Epic Games Store just a few days ago.

Im just frustrated. Im too frustrated to finish writing this. This franchise is legitimately one of my favorite. The Hitman games are always creative and I love the non-linear design of the missions. Just please sort of the business end of things here. This is just ridiculously greedy. But hey, they got me. They have my 90 USD. SO congrats IO Interactive. You got you money that you wanted. Just make it 90 for all content, now and in Year 2, since we are on year 2 now.

Note: Sorry for the terrible format. Just wanted to get my frustrations out there so hopefully other can be wary before they purchase

Note 2: I dont have VR so have no experience in that department, however, based on other reviews, it looks bleak at best.

EDIT: As of 1/30/2022 I heard if you purchase the deluxe edition you will get 7 deadly sins aswell. For $90 USD that is completely reasonable for a game as well made as this one. I still dont have and experience with VR but have still heard its not great, but that doesnt affect me because I dont use it. This will now change to a positive review, however I will still leave the above section there, cause IOI still deserves flak for it.
