Updating this game after playing easily like 400 + hours on pc and majority on mobile.

Don't listen to what people say about card aquisition. Card aquisition is very fair. Maybe it could be refine alittle more perhaps but I say that with hesitation.

People are just whining cause they think they can start a game that people been thoroughly enjoying for years and now they want to have all the cards. Yeah, that's realistic right?

Generally you get matched up with people who have same collection level as you. So yeah.
People just want to whin like people always do and diminish the very great accomplishment that Second Dinner has managed to accomplish here.

The artwork, the gigantic cast of character from marvel pantheon, the pacing, the audio design, the animations, the constant updates and different gameplay modes, the alliances, the ranked modes, the card backs, the emoticons, the artist collection rewards, the community that you get from playing marvel snap in the chats, I could even go but I will stop there.

This game is monumental and I have been playing since the first day it officially released on mobile. Becuase I knew instincly that this game had alot of potential and I was boombastically correct.

How it is the developers fault that others player didn't decide to join the game when it came out? They did have a pretty good marketing campaign... I say too bad, start from the beginning like we all did.

But even then the new player has an advantage meaning that spotlight caches will contain more cards for new players then for veteran players. So you can acquire cards much more quickly then we did.

Again that is why I don't feel bad for new players and consider them just whiners who want everything for nothing. It's toxic mentally that has no player in the actual gaming community.

It's called discerning taste kids, look it up, work on it and refine it. For your sake and mine.
Or not... and be doomed to live a life of whining mediocrity. I guess the choice is yours!

OHHHHHHHHH SNAPPPPPPP!!!!!!!

LMAOOOOOOOOOOO

This game is so meta omg... Just drenched in good old fashion make it or break it balls to the wall 80s kid mentality (now all grown up!). But of course it does have it's sensibilities. Very much in touch with current development trends and sensibilities. But still has that rock solid days of yore development at it's core, moxy through the roof and undeniable testarossa sheen. (I should know i'm italian).

Guys (talking to developers) don't let anyone get you down. You guys did an amazing job. Just for the love of odin, don't get greedy, that the only thing I can see that could screw this parade. I know you guys have the momemtum just don't take it for granted. Think about the 80s or 90s kids in you. Development the game in consideration for the kid in us all but ultimately for the adults we have come to be. That's where I think the true magic lies.

God knows Marvel needs a savior this actual game and maybe deadpool are the only things going for Marvel these days. But this game is stirring the pot like mad. I have never known so much of Marvel Universe lore until this day.

Not to sound too out there. But one of my bucket list things to do was to once and for all explore the Marvell patheon for the sheer reason that I knew it had such a platinum legacy behind it but I found it hard to penetrate. This game came in like a literal love package from the cosmos.

NOT TO MENTION BEN BRODES VIDEOS... HOW COULD I FORGET!!!! Those videos are some of the most delightful videos I have ever seen in the gaming industry all-time hands down. Once again an industry leading initiative.... I'm gonna go on a bit of a tangent here but the italian artists or just any international artists making their artist condtributions is a real awesome treat for players. Like artist reprentation has always been something I have been an advocate for. I think we need to celebreate artists especialy canvas artist much much more. Those gifts are seemingly rare and we should have outlets in place to encourage, foster and reward their gifts in proportion to their efforts and talent.

ok I will end it here. Listen I'm be perfectly honest myself obviously no game can be perfect perhaps but this game comes pretty close ALL THINGS CONSIDERING. Yes that's right you heard me right ALL THINGS CONSIDERING. Remember kids, you don't live in the bubble, the world doesn't revolve around you (I know right? who would of thought...)

You gonna have to pay your dues, if you want some of the juiciest cosmic candy the game sector has to offer. DUH. So turn that frown upside down. Put that best foot forward and begin again. We all have to start somewhere. That can apply to anything. Instead of whining just start. JUST START and don't look back.

I'm gonna end with this. PLUS new meta changing cards come out all the time and shake up the whole meta. Sending even veteran players into a frenzy. This game has its economy. So enjoy accordingly. Join a group chat. Get in the conversation, get involved and keep your expectations realistic. Nothing comes from nothing ladies and gentlemen.

I can assure you that if you start today you will be or less up to speed in maybe 3-6 months. Especially because older combos become obselete like EVOLUTIONARY for example. The meta switches all the time. And even in your beginner phase I can garantee you will see have a ton of fun and sweaty fun moments. Again just keep your expectation realistic. Like honestly this game came out like 2 years ago and change. Like what do you expect.

But in all honestly like you can still enjoy it till this day as a beginner. That's actually one of the reasons why I think this game is so special because it is crafted and developed in a way that at any point you decide to begin can be an decent time to start. Like what more can you ask for especially from people who are working on this game day i and day out. Trying to bring something uber special (and of course ultimately profitable) to the world. While still mainlining job and constantly expanding and growing to make still exciting for newcomers and veterans alike.

Were talking about video gaming royalty here in terms of the development team. You thought you were gonna some kind of second rate used vehicle here? With all my gaming years under my belt, I know instinctly that this game has been crafted and keeps being crafted by well trained master craftsman with attention to detail that should never go unnoticed. In fact, in my opnion, the more attention to detail that a developer pays, the more it should be recognized ( to the minute detail; because that's where the juicy stuff lies), more celebrated, more rewarded and more appreciated.

It's so easy these days to get lost in the sauce and forget about how the details of a project could be the difference between good and greatness. It is in the details that we find true character and level of competence in a given field.

As far as I'm concerned some developers around these days are like the last of the mohecans. Their attention to detail needs to be recognized fully in order to then preserve and pass on the art form. This so other game developers can perhaps build upon and create new worlds for future gamers to explore. It's a form of game preservation. It would be easy perhaps to get lost in the smoke and mirrors of graphical advancements and even story telling for that matter and to forget how the unique accomplishments were made. How those accomplishments set them apart from the pack. So then we don't fall into the monotony
of copy cats and rehashs of the same old same old. (man i really should get off my soap box now).

I reached limit lol. I could go for seconds though.......

The ever growing marvel universe is here in full force!

Just what the doctor ordered for my geeky needs.

Constant updates keep the game going strong.

Very well made card game with a ton of charisma to boot!

Just solid.

Their are very few games that make me want to play new game+. This would be one of those games. Their are very few games that make me want to achievement hunt. This is one of the games. What can I say. This is the dead space complete package. I remember a long time ago, when this game got ♥♥♥♥ on because of microtransactions. Only to find out later on that these microtransaction don't mean ♥♥♥♥ and are completely there only if you want them. I remember picking this game up and being turned off by the custom weapon system and consequently putting it down because of it. MAN AM I GLAD I REVISITED THIS GAME. Definitely one of my favourite games of all time now. It sucks to see that dead space 1 and 2 don't have achievements on steam. This is kind of what turned me on to dead space 3. Its the only entry that has achievements. Anywho about the game.

So, this game does have horror elements. This game is action packed. This game is visually stunning considering it came out almost 10 years ago. Like I remember looking at some of the visual design and being like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Especially when you are out of the space ship and you are surrounded by stars in outer space. The suits are cool. Weapon mods are cool. Story is gripping enough to keep you going along. I mean I am very picky about games. If a game doesn't do anything for the me in the first 5 mins that I boot it up well then that is the end of that.

This game kept me engaged. Kept me curious about what was around the corner. Honestly it makes me sad to think this game ever got any bad press. I can honestly say now, after beating all three games, that the dead space trilogy is one of the best video games trilogies of all time. Each game offering something memorable.

The only thing about this game that I can accuse it of is being TOO GOOD. I will explain what I mean. This game has quite alot of content. And yes, a good chunk of it is behind a paywall. But I want to make myself clear. The DLC is not necessary for the game. But if you just so happen to actually like the game. Well then your butt might hurt because your gonna want the dlc. Its a shame because this game has actually legs on it. And its a shame because you got jump through hoops just to get to those juicy legs of joyish celebration.

It would be nice to have the options to just go balls to the wall and unlock everything and just go hog wild with the game. All the suits, infinite crafting resources, unlocked power upgrades. Whatever you get what I mean. We are headed into 2 generations past this game's console cycle. And this game risks going in to obscurity as it is already. I think developers have to start thinking about how their game will be played in the long run. Possibly decades after the game's release.

It would be super cool to see a dead space trilogy remastered. My god would that be cool. Honestly I do not know what that does not exist. Problably legal ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Yeah for me I give it a 8/10.

Mortal Kombat 11 is a masterpiece. So much customisation, an insane amount of variation and so much baked in goodness. Neatherrealm studios has literally outdone themselves once again here. I haven't even played this game in 4k or any resolution higher than 1080p and the game is gorgeous. Online play is mostly smooth and rewards are generous. Replayability through the roof and beyond. Basically the gift that keeps on giving. I just don't understand why more people don't get into fighting games. Especially fighting games like MK11. It is like the studio has thought of literally everything (except of babalities and animalities but that is just being picky for sure. Maybe next time!). In my opinion MK11 should be celebrated the world over as a crowning achievement. After 200+ hours into this game, I can honestly say with glee that I finally found a fighting game to sink my teeth into. A meaty, challenging, engaging and rewarding fighting game that is drenched with style, finesse, brutality, technically and even comedy to boot. A game that keeps on getting better with age and will surely stand the test of time. A true value and respect for your hard earned dollar. Even with the overpriced dlc you still can't complain because their is so much content in the base game which goes for like 10 bucks these days. Which is essentially giving it away.

I don't see a better reason to put your hands on a controller and press A.

10/10
