PROS
- wrecking cops/racers feels good and can make a man happy
- detailed information about vehicles, their history etc.
- good sound of cars and engines
- lot of modes in online multiplayer

CONS
- lack of story
- lack of customization
- crash scenes
- almost dead servers (kinda grindy to get all online achievements)

one of the best strategic games in the world...played since in my childhood and still playin...no regrets i bought this for 20 € :))
