Worst McDonald's in Central KY. Long wait times thru the drive thru, wrong food, incomplete orders, overall poor service. I have had my food given away to someone else after I paid for my meal at the drive thru, and had to pull to the side to wait for it. I went to the Imperial Way store today and ordered 2 meals, and got charged separately for burgers and the fries. When I asked about drinks, they wanted to charge me extra for the drinks because they had rang up my order wrong. I ordered meals with drinks included. The manager offered to give me drinks, but I said no. When I got home only part of the order was in the bag, it seems they only charged me for 1 Quarter Pounder, so I had to go back and pay for another. They totally take the Fast out of Fast Food. There is a Rally', Wendy, KFC and a Culver's across from them. I will go to them or to the other location across town before I go back to this place again.
