I'm sure everyone's gone over the basics of why this game is bad, but i figure i should add in some info that might not have been mentioned yet. Cyberpunk 2077 will delete your characters without warning you. They only store the last 12 saves, and anything older than that gets deleted. Meaning if you let a friend come over for a few hours to play on a new character it will delete all your other characters without any warning as soon as they hit 12 saves (auto-saves included). This is not mentioned anywhere in the game and in press releases they have stated cyberpunk supports multiple characters, so there's no reason for someone to suspect this would happen until its too late. this also removes the ability to save before a story changing mission and restore back, since most big missions have more that 12 autosaves.

if you want to keep cyberpunk 2077 from automatically deleting your characters you need to go to ` %userprofile%\Saved Games\CD Projekt Red\Cyberpunk 2077` and manually backup any saves you dont want to lose

One of the best games I've ever played. Truly makes you feel like a novice wizard stumbling across power that he has no business messing around with. Have fun learning from your mistakes, you'll have plenty of chances.
