I love this game but it is not a fantastic game. It is not a 10/10, it is not a 9/10 and it is not a 8/10. It may be a 7/10 but it depends. I have bought this game 4 times and I keep on returning to replay the unforgettable campaign and "classic" dialogue.
This is unfortunately the worst version of the game I have played. The PC port has some issues and I can't get it running on Linux. The performance is worse than expected for what is a 20 year old game at this point(even if it is hd). However it is not hard to run on a modern desktop. My recommendation is to play it on a console if given the choice.
I will forever love this game of its charm and aesthetics and it's a given 10/10 in my world. I will keep on returning to this game for many years to come. From the strategic gameplay, to the detailed world, it is truly a wonderful game. I will however give a word of warning to players who don't know what they are getting into: it is an old game and takes some time getting used to.
