The new Platinum system puts a lot of psychological pressure on young players in particular to invest their pocket money in payment items. This new method is already available in many other games on the gaming market. This is very controversial and I personally equate this with the loot box mechanic. For the umpteenth time, I'm seriously considering leaving Idle Champions. I am very disappointed with the development of
Codename Entertainmen this year and will be watching closely to see how they handle the new Platinum system.
