i love this game, and have been playing it since 2016. i have seen BHVR do so many good things, especially when they got the complete rights to the game. but recently, it's just not it chief. every update comes with more bugs than ever, but right now it is genuinely SO bad that I don't want to play; killer and survivor.

BHVR needs to step up their game. they need to actually listen to their community feedback, and be more open and transparent with their updates, their plans for the future, and their decision making. what's the point of having fog whisperers, people who give valid criticism and feedback, when the company just straight up ignores them?

i feel like BHVR has an "us vs them" mentality with their own community, which needs to change. this game has no competition, the players can't go to a similar game because everyone other game dev that has tried this genre has failed; and BHVR knows that, so they don't want to improve, and if they're trying, they're doing it SO slowly. game breaking bugs can take literal weeks or months to fix, and old/broken concepts from 2016/17 that don't work with the game anymore have yet to be changed (though some have.)

DBD is really fun, it's a great idea but the devs are kicking it so hard into the dirt. almost every update is 2 steps forward, 15 steps back.
